McDonald's, Brunswick OH

Tell me why I went to McDonald’s and they just told me they couldn’t sell meat even tho that is basically what their menu consists of?

I was very disappointed with this store to only have two people working. Was in the drive thru for 20mins

I go to this McDonalds fairly regularly however I was just there I asked for a receipt and they asked me to pull over for it! Are you kidding me! Pull over for my receipt!? !? I said no and just left. The last time I had to pull over I waited 25 minutes for my food with no apology. I do love their breakfast food but I'm done. Your customer service sucks!

This mcdonalds seems to always have the dollar menu stuff already made and waiting under a heater. Or if you go within the last hour before they close everything seems to be that way. Also the fries are regularly soggy and not fresh. I stopped going there because of it. They will get your order right, you'll just have trouble getting it all down.

I've been to this McDonald's quit a few times. The food is always done pretty quick, always hot n fresh but today I ordered a Big Mac with no lettuce n no cheese combo meal-large with 10piece nugget. I received a Big Mac with extra lettuce n I received a medium fry. I don't like to go to a manager n complain but when you put a sticker on the big mac box that says no lettuce n no cheese n you open the box n see lettuce. Grrrr please please double check the food going out. I stopped at McDonald's on my way home n I live 10min away. I hate to go back, especially after I woeked a 10hour shift. Thank you. Even with the special order sticker on the box it still came out wrong. The manager said was his fault. Yep. It was. Sad.

McDonalds is McDonalds. It's better since they started serving fresh rather frozen. Hamburgers are still thrown together without regard to presentation
Wish they looked like their advertisements. If you get the food hot it's ok It's much better than the past.

TL;DR - Just don't come here.

Every time we've come here, it's been slow (for fast food). Even when it's not busy. Half the order was wrong, and this was a simple order for two people. Fries were Luke warm, and they had been just taken from the fry bin. Everyone that works here seems miserable, and I can't blame them. We will not be coming back here.

My order was messed up. Told no cheese on the quarter pounder even asked if it was that way they said yes. Got home and it wasn't. So I called and they said they will take care of it

Very slow service. They get the drive thru's orders before the dine in even if you ordered before the person going thru the drive thru. Very rude also, if you ordered a bigger order than someone else who ordered after you they will most likely get there food before you. All in all I'm sticking to Burger King it never lets me down. Way to go Burger King

Received the wrong order. I ordered a #1 - Big Mac meal and received a #10 - egg mcmuffin with ham. Luckily I liked it, so I ate it.

Food was brought to us in a timely manner but my wife's burger was raw and our fries were reheated at 11 in the morning. My burger was also reheated and overall it wasn't cleanly.

Ordered a happy meal. Luckily I checked the box before leaving because no nuggets in the box. Asked for bbq for my chicken wraps, no sauce in the bag. This isn't the first time the store has gotten my order wrong. Need to find another McDonald's to use.

I am furious. My daughter wanted to work here, and so she called and asked how a Big Mac was made. She showed initiative! The lady responded with "Do you know how to get a life? ". What the heck? Never going there again! So rude!

Normally they're pretty fast as long as you don't make a complicated order. Floors and bathroom are clean. The 2 lane drive-thru normally moves fast also.

They actually got my order right except for forgetting one small fry. They fixed that very quickly and without attitude.

Worse place to work. The managers are all about drama and standing around talking then yell at you for not doing something right after they did it. There are so many things wrong with that place. Just do yourself a favor and don’t even bother getting a job there. It gets you no where.

Had to wait over 20 minutes for a double cheeseburger almost cost me to be late for work was not happy

3 stars because I had to wait for food and then order was messed up. I had to wait longer as my shakes melted.

I had a terrible craving for fries and there are few places that get it right. McDonald's is one of those places. The wait was long, but I expected it. The customer service was great. The fries were perfectly hot and delicious.
