McDonald's, Brunswick OH

I asked for a filet o fish with no cheese. I noticed that when the girl took my order at the drive through it was wrong. I told her she said she took care of it. I told the guy at the second window to make sure no cheese and he said they got it. Ended up with cheese. This happens frequently at this location.

A decent McDonald’s. Great service but quite busy so expect a bit longer lines. Open 24 hours so that’s nice. No Play Place for the kids.

Pretty clean dining area, but the customer service was terrible. Unfriendly and incompetent. Not once was I greeted or thanked, or got a "you're welcome" when I thanked the cashier. Order was not entered correctly, just all around a crummy experience.

I think they may be under staffed. The manager was complaining how see had to do everything. The employees tried to help. I waited awhile for my coffees. My chicken nuggets were a bit cold.

Well one thing wow. Just wow. I didn't know if you knock a clean cups out on to the floor it okay to put it back with the other clean cups like nothing ever happened. Also make sure you don't order a McFlurry from here because they will only give you half the amount. My standards weren't that high I just wanted some ice cream.

Ordered #1 combo meal Medium. They forgot my drink and my fries after ordering from the drive thru. Had to go back in for the drink. Got on freeway and realized they forgot my fries to. How difficult is to comprehend a # 1 combo meal. Don't bother with the drive thru because you'll still have to go in. Don't bother stopping at all less of a headache.

McDonald's stores are going downhill. The drive thru orders are almost always wrong. They say it's in the bag, but it's not. Be sure to check every time before you pull away.seriously!

Horrible service at the drive thru. 8 cars after me were served while I waited for two pieces of grilled chicken for a southwest chicken salad.

As far as McDonald's goes, this location is pretty good. Food is mostly fresh, and my order doesn't get messed up too often which is nice. They can get super busy during rush hour so be aware of that.

Pretty quick service, food is typical fast food, but a few times I've gotten a sausage, egg and cheese McMuffin and there were bits of egg shell in the egg.
