McDonald's, Cleveland OH

Boo this place is boom we had a big order and the lady came out and gave us a slushy and I’m so happy with this fast food place, this place is boom. The good never be cold! It’s always hot which I’m really love! Thanks you kinsman road!

I would rate it as one of the worst ones poor service and lack of management this place should be shut down no receipt then they try too play you would never go back

The most of the McDonald's in Cleveland never NEVER have Slushies you wait in the drive thru for 20-40mins only to get told we ain't got that.just take the sign down.its false advertising.

Breakfast customer service is ok most mornings.lunch time is a mess! Wrong orders, no sense of urgency for people on lunch break, cashiers are rude with no greetings or considerations. The cashier placed the order on the counter and walked away today with a mean face without telling me it was ready.plain rude, slow in speed and ignorant: (no smiles or nothing! There's one manager that has really nice personality and fast. The sandwich makers seem to be ok but the cashiers in the diner are trash on most days.drive through is fair.just takes forever

9101 Kinsman MCDONALD's service is HORRIBLE! BUT, after a half hour wait at least your food is freshly cooked. But it will be a long time before I go back. I think the same person own the Buckeye McDonald's also, because their service is HORRIBLE too.

Food was hot and since I get special orders it was prepared correctly.prices are reasonable and service was fast.

Awful! I was told to pull ahead to wait for one item. I sat in the waiting area for over 10 minutes & had to go in. They had completely forgotten about my order and what makes it worse is that some of the workers saw me sitting & never asked what I was waiting for. That would not be acceptable had it been in another area of town

Horrible service took almost 30 minutes to get my food and I’m still waiting now while i’m writing. Just horrible they need to hire better people and do better.

The staff was not professional at all. I was picking up an order for doordash and I literally waited in line for an hour! An hour for a fish sandwich meal and cookies. When I got to the window and announced who I was, he didn't know my order and was just guessing what it was. To me it looked like he was trying to hand me whatever they had already prepared to get rid of me faster. On top of that he kept looking back to see how many cars were left in line and announced it to his other staff "WE ONLY HAVE TWO CARS LEFT" so he purposely was taking his time not to put in orders. Besides having his ear plugs in listening to music and checking his phone because that's what we now do. Granted yes it was a sunday night and yes they were probably busy but these patrons pay your paycheck. I would never send anyone to eat at this place. HORRIBLE!

Foods okay, but make sure to check your bag before you leave. Service is not great as you more often than not get rude clerks over the good ones though the manager seems pretty good. Consistantly they can be slow and the enviorment is usually loud and ghetto. Its serviceable for someone like me who only has this in easy walking distance, but there's certainly better places than this. *Update* (9/23/19) : For some reason after their renovation they sporadically stop serving in the restaurant and only serve through the drive-thru, no clue why. Also the selve serve kiosks always seem to be out of order.

McDonald's in Cleveland are notoriously slow. However, the service was friendly and the food adequate for fast food. I did discover that you can order both hamburgers and french fries without salt. A real Plus for me

This McDonald’s is always behind. Workers standing around gossiping. Drive thru line always long. Ice cream machine always down. They need new managers because that’s where it’s starts. You literally waste gas waiting in their drive thru line. Horrible.

This McDs is in my neighborhood, very happy to see they updated the outside of the building. Haven't been inside to know if they did the lobby part. Now if the drive thru line could move a little faster.

The absolute worst. There's no sense of urgency! I ordered 2 mcdoubles and 1 medium french fry which took 14 minutes to get. Mind you there was only 2 orders ahead of mines. Then to top it off, 2 orders behind mines which was a big order got there's before me. Needless to say my food was cold and my medium fry had nothing medium about it smfh I will never visit there again and suggest you don't waste your time

Just left the restaurant in 93rd and kinsman. They were out of sausages orange juice and muffins. So I ordered a steak bagel just to get home and have a sandwich with no steak on it! Just egg and cheese!

THANK God they had WiFi I was stranded by Uber. They could not locate a driver for me. The police suggested I go by this location and utilize their WiFi to help give me a stronger signal. It WORKED! Although Uber STILL could not locate a driver. A community police officer ended up helping me. BUT I really really want to thank THIS McDonald's for assistance in this matter!

Very slow, no sense of urgency, not enough workers to handle customers, long wait, poor service, this McDonalds is just as bad as the one on Northfield (Maple Hts).
