McDonald's, Cleveland OH

There was too much yogurt and not enough fruit in the parfait, also McDonald's is a billion dollar industry, my opinion is that their customers should not be charged for a pack of sweet and sour sauce, for the fries. It used to be free. Maybe go back to that!

I like this one a lot more than 79th, 55th or East Cleveland. No matter how busy they are they still are nice. They still are helpful the other locations could learn a lot from them. Just saying. We all have a job to do even when we don't want to do it. They don't take out their bad days on customers like other locations do.

Very poor service I had to go back for them to fix my sandwich they pulled me into reserve at 1016 the manager didn't come out till 1030 for one steak bagel I asked for my money back he was rushing me because I was looking for my receipt.

Restaurant cleanliness is awful. It doesn't smell like food; but old milk shake liquid. Floors and glass on doors are filthy and greasy. Good thing I was only ordering coffee!

I usually go there for lunch but they are kinda of fallen off because of the new people they need a whole lot training

Worst experience ever, the ppl their are very rude, I had to go inside, from drive through because the woman at drive through was being rude, loud, and ignorant, spoke with manager they did nothing, I will never go back there.

Foods okay, but make sure to check your bag before you leave. Service is not great as you more often than not get rude clerks over the good ones though the manager seems pretty good. Consistantly they can be slow and the enviorment is usually loud and ghetto. Its serviceable for someone like me who only has this in easy walking distance, but there's certainly better places than this.

Waited 30 minuets for a small order. An its still wrong. This is the worst McDonald's ever i will never come back her ever

Terrible customer service I just waited 20 min in the drive thru for 1 mcdouble and only one car was ahead of me. Everyone in the building playing and having a ball while I wait in the drive thru and 5 to 6 others wait inside this place is the worst

I have remodeled quite a few Mc Donald's and this one had to be the slowest by far for getting cars thru the drive thru

30 min wait for a single quarter pounder meal! Plus no apologies given, just a complete lack of customer service, and communication that their grill was having problems, I had to go inside just to get my food and answers. NOT HAPPY!

Drive-thru wait is ridiculous. It is like that on too many occasions. When I went, it was the dining room was closed and they were only serving drive-thru. No excuse for fast-food to take that long.

Very very poor customer service. The cashier had a line no one or manager assisting instead the manager mopping the floor on front line store full of customers and the cashier sliding on the wet floor trying fill oders. I told manager you know your not suppose be mopping on front line like that food all exposed. This one McDonald I do not recommend

The worst McDonald's in Cleveland I pulled up to the drive thru window it smells like raw sewer. Customer service was horrible I will never go back

Only go there to get coffee w/ espresso shots when I have a bad migraine, will not purchase food there very skeptical about purchasing food there, only Burger King will I purchase food.

Need help that are willing to work and serve the customers with a smile. That McDonald's is very slow. Management needs to be managers instead of being friends with their employees. And this is the McDonald's that's on 93rd and Kinsman.

Have to agree with the bad reviews. Literally just waited 30 mins for my “fast food” two McMuffins and some fries shouldn’t take that long.cashier was great though. Everything else not so much. If you can, choose a better location.
