McDonald's, Fairborn OH

Worst service ever! I waited over 30 minutes for my order after they had me pull forward and then it was wrong! They just lost my business. Will never eat at a McDonald’s again! No apology from them and no offer for a refund!

Fresh hot fast great customer service, best double guarter pounder I've had in a long time. Well seasoned beef and love put into this burger.

Door dashers are told they arent allowed to use drive thru anymore must go inside. Went inside for order.stood at the front counter listening to the manager Vivan talk about her personal life for 8 mins. A employee on break is the one who asked me if i had been helped yet. The manager had 1 car in the drive thru and no one inside. I then had to wait for anothet employee to get drink holders for the dd bags for 5 more mins when she could of went and gotten them herself rather then just standing there talking again. My order was 14 mins late being delivered. Door dash can deactivate a driver for delivering orders late ; even when its the resturants fault. Fyi its illegal to tell sumone they have to come into the resturant that has asthma and doesnt want to be exposed. This is the only mcdonalds that makes me do that. Door dashing is how i make my income to pay my bills. This mcdonalds has overly long wait times for no reason at all. Get better management in this location on col glen in fairborn ohio. Wont take another order or get food from this location ever! Also the counters had coffee grounds all over them amd nasty looking old food. The kitchen was horribly gross.

Always reasonable cost and friendly service at Tipp City MCDs. Diet Coke is always spot on. Take advantage of their sandwich deals most every time. We go out of our way to give this store our business.

Sat at the order line the one closest to the building and no one took my order.they kept taking the orders of the other line.got tired past the window going back in line.yelled no one taking the orders on line one. Went back in line behind 5 cars to get what i wanted.

20 minutes in line to be told McDonald's does not have biscuits and gravy. That's just ridiculous.

If I’m paying for a large fry you should be filling it all the way up not feeling it half way and cheating customers out of what we are paying for! I’ll be contacting corporate because this happens consistently.

Staff seemed friendly. All 4 cars in line had to all pull to the side and wait for 'fresh' food. I feel like they abuse the fact that they have them because no matter what time of day they are all filled up. If you're looking for a quick trip to grab a bite I would not recommend coming here.

Was super fast, only waited a few mins for our food. Honestly one of the only ones I know that get the order correct every time! Super nice staff as well! Most excite.

Got the 40 piece nuggets, 6 sauces and 2 large fries for 19.99. Very filling and it's one of the only foods my friend can eat without too much pain. The only thing I didn't like was the fries weren't very fresh.

Bad service! They never get your order correct. Had to go back 2 times to get correct order. Management is missing the mark.

Went though the Drive thru. I ha to wait for like 15 Mins.and then when I pulled forward My food was sitting there getting cold. I asked her how long was that sitting there she said we can remake it. I got my for went to work and the muffin was hard as a rock.

It's a McDonald's. You know what you're getting. They do have some rarer menu items such as the chicken bacon ranch salad though.

This place was super fast and they gave me free food but it was only the fries that were free but this was outstanding food

I visit McDonald's often especially after work at night and I'm so glad they are open 24 hours.good value good food.

It's McDonald's the food is what it is its Def not the tastiest fast food garage we put in our bodies

Food was very good today. Quarter pounder with cheese was fresh and hot. Although the manager argued aloud worth an employee when he questioned her as to why she was "hanging out in the lobby with friends"and not doing her job. I've never experience a manager and employee be that verbally aggressive in front of customers like that.

Management sucks. Won't replace Carmel coffee due to her not know how to make them and they taste like water. Several times.

Do not go to this McDonald’s. They have the slowest service, and the employees are super rude. Take the initiative and drive to another one close by.

Should open @ 6. Got there before 6. At about. 6: 10 I called. Asked when they would open. Man said soon. I said it was after 6 and people had left. Man said "If you want faster service, go to another McDonalds. " I will return to this McDonalds after hell freezes. Went to Burger King. They open @ 5 and I was treated very well.
