They forgot my food and she got my order completely wrong I will never return to that McDonald's

Beavercreek McDonald's on Dayton-Xenia Rd.used to be the best. Now, it is so slow. I mean SLOW. It could be cleaner. Staff could have better customer service skills. I am guessing it needs better management. Hoping this all turns back around someday.

The service at the McDonald's is a coin flip between terrible and okay. More often than not however it will be terrible. From staff who seem to wish they weren't there, slow service, to sketchy crowds that visit.

Jessica, hateful manager, people standing in line at the register, she got the guy, dumping, trash, running food to the outside curb, that was doing a good job on the register, no wonder workers dont stay, then she argues with me, sad.

I thought it was bad that I had to wait 10 minutes just for coffee (my actual food was ready in 4 minutes), but this other guy came in 30 minutes after he was told to park and wait for food. Turns out the employees gave it to the wrong person. An honest mistake, but the employees just waisted time arguing about who was at fault instead of taking care of orders.

This location is very slow whether they are busy or not.

If you ho inside be prepared to wait a long ti mhm e while they take care of the drive thru regardless of the fact you ordered before they even pulled on.

I have visited the McDonald's on main street 3 times in the last month and I can honestly say I won't be back. Slowest McDonalds ever!

They are always willing to exchange Happy meal toys for a different one my kids don't have. It's very nice of them! Most places won't do that

I'm not trying to be a jerk about this but I've been here twice and every time the drive thru is backed up and it seems like they have two speeds, slow and stop. I've gone inside and it's the same thing. I don't know if its because they're understaffed or what.

I asked for a caramel machiatto I got an iced coffee with some caramel squirted on it. I asked for well done meat on the sausage muffins it took 18 minutes to get them to me.

It's a McDonald's, you get what you'd expect to get. I've yet to have an order messed up. Employees are actually in great moods, which isn't common among a McDonalds; or any fast food in big cities.

I don't understand why this McDonald's has so many good reviews or why it continues to be so bad. I've gone here for almost a year, and I don't know why I keep going. Sometimes I think, it's been awhile, I have an easy order, I'll give it another chance. There hasn't been a single time this McDonald's has gotten anything right. Last time, I waited over ten minutes at the window for a parfait that they forgot to hand out. Something you pull out of the fridge. Next time, I ordered a grilled chicken wrap, no cheese, get home, and they're fried, with the "grilled chicken" clearly on the ticket on the wrapper. Now this time, I ordered a McChicken, a cheeseburger, fries, and a shake no whipped cream. The shake had whipped cream. I never got the cheeseburger. Fries were cold and tasted like they'd been sitting out an hour. Tried calling multiple times, never any answer. I feel like these good reviews are probably employees or staged because I have yet to have a single good experience here. Lol. I always go out of my way to go to the one on Kauffman!

A little slower than most other McDonald's. Food is typical. The tables were dirty for a late lunch at 3 but for the rest of the restaurant was mostly tidy

Updated: 6 April 2018. Lunch service has not improved. It is even slower with a mouthy apathetic mananger. No apologies for taking 10 minutes to make an iced coffee. Every order after mine fulfilled and manager had audacity to treat me as though it was my fault for ordering one item.

Slightly above average McDonald's. Usually not a terribly long wait, but sometimes is long than you would like. It doesn't have that double drive thru (which is a plus in my opinion, because I hate those), and is usually less crowded than the other McDonald's in the area.

I've never been here and not waited for less than 10 minutes. I don't order anything fancy just the #1. Food is good, it is just annoying.

This McDonald's location would be perfect, as long as you don't make a change to a regular menu item. They routinely fail to follow the simplest modifications. Ie.no pickles, add pickles, or any other condiment. Once or twice can be overlooked, but 6 times in a row? Don't modify and everything is perfect.

The most professional McDonald's I've ever been to. I travel often, and the employees here are always pleasant and get your order right.

Has went down hill the last few years. Employees are not friendly. Food is awful, even the coke now taste watered down now.

They are much faster than Kauffman. If you like decaf in the morning you'll get it fresh but expect to wait for a fresh pot.

Everything was great. The only exception is they only have high chairs but no booster seats. Food was good and excellent service.
