McDonald's, Van Wert OH

It was good but the ice cream machine was down. It seems like every time I go to any McDonald's they keep telling me the ice cream machine is down.

This location had great service and curbside delivery. Food was hot and fresh with minimal wait.

We stopped here on our way home to Indiana to grab a late lunch. We ordered quarter pound deluxe and double quarter pound meals. The sandwiches were made great. They actually had enough toppings on them. The fries were perfect and HOT! Thank you

They advertise slushies and mcflurrys but have none. They dont post it anywhere that they don't have it. Order nuggets get 3 sandwhiches instead. Someone needs to hire better help. Not hard to get an order right or even put on the menu whats available.

Great fast food but terrible access to the entrance including one locked door that isn't posted until you are standing at it.not fun with a group of toddlers on a bitter cold day!

Food was as expected it's McDonald's the drive thru was extremely slow waited close to 15 min after ordering breakfast.

It took them three tries to get my hamburger right today. Drive-thru was having a bad day. It happens once in awhile.

McDonald's off of 30 in Van Wert, OH, is a perfect place and environment for a business meeting. It's somewhat quiet and secluded!

There was no catsup in the dispensers and trash was stuck in the one area under the dispencer. We brought this to the staff attention and the shift changed while we were there, they all took time to eat before they left and no one cleaned up the mess around the dispencer. The diet coke fountain was empty on the left side and was not tended to either. The food was good but not hardly any condiments on the sandwich.

Stopped here while traveling. There were flies everywhere. Counted 20 of them just above the cashiers. Glanced at the tables and they were all dirty. Trash overflowing. Gross enough to make us walk out. Now we know where NOT to stop again.

Sucked why do u let. Cold old wet food out the door it was not busy. Why I don't understand I'm swearing off u store

Ice cream machine is broken. Owners will not fix it because the part is v.expensive. Prepare to be disappointed.

Burned bacon when I said I wanted it replaced the manager a acted very ghetto like my mother in law. Waited around 15 minutes for them to fix their problem. Was not the first time I was given burnt bacon but I now always check my order before pulling away from the window. Poor service and quality of food.

You know what you'll get and it's a convenient stop on our travels east and west along U. S. 30. This is a bare spot along u. S. 30 (for easy access to services), making it a place to stop.
There are places along U. S. 30, but they can be 3-6 miles off the road. They're usually marked but this is right there on the road.

Customer had little kid standing on counter with no shoes on bare feet tell ING person behind counter how to do his job

Very bad experience with the boy at the counter. Ordered a caramel latte and said I don't need the bill when he asked. He completely forgot about my order. After 10 I asked him again about my coffee and he again asked for the details and no one was helping to prepare the coffee. After 20 mins some old lady prepared for me in a min.

Stopped for breakfast and coffee on a cold rainy day. Everything was fresh and coffee was nice and hot, warmed my bones. Service was supurb.

Manager was arguing with staff in front of customers. Not a great place to visit and the employees look very unhappy.

Always a busy place, pleasant dining area. Be careful with the traffic entering and exiting - it's located next to a Walmart that's always busy.

Cashier mumbles, not clearly understood. Delivery person very friendly. Food fine. Nice to see crayon caddies and coloring sheets at tables.
