McDonald's, Van Wert OH

Regular McDonald's. Not sure what all of the other reviewers expected. It's a McDonald's. Sometimes slow sometimes fast. I think most people know what to expect when they stop at a McDonald's and this one is no different.

I don't much care for my sandwich and placed in a boat and served to me. I don't see the benefit of doing that. Food was good

Regular McD's so you know what to expect. Clean with typical prices and food. Good for late night too!

Good service, clean restrooms and the same menu you would expect except this store does not have muffin tops.

How can u give Ths hole in wall even 1 star 20 min in line for a coffee an Hamburger it was cold coffee Aftr Sitng thr tht long watched girl get my cup out of 3 diff pots an it still didn't fill cup I DRV off jerry or his boy shd close it

Waited 45 minutes in the drive thru for a cold small fry and a mcchicken. I am now sufficiently late for work because others couldn't do their job in a timely manner.

1 star for the effort of the cashier to treat me as a equal. Grill line didn't want to substitute a real egg for processed eggs on a breakfast platter. Since when can you not make this simple substitute.

Very clean and updated just the service was show and not too friendly. 6 minutes to get my chicken sandwich.

I noticed McDs started serving inside guests with less packaging materials! My sandwich and fries were served together. I'm loving it and so is the planets! Way to go McDs. By the way this was my first job as a kid now I am helping write global robotic safety standards but still remember what I learned so many years ago.

Waiting 15 min for a cheeseburger is excessive. I didn't appreciate off the clock employees stepping behind the counter to attempt to get their food faster than those waiting, the employee started to help without washing hands. If they had touched my food, I would have refused it

Got a big Mac and had to go back bc they didn't put cheese on it and then told me to pull over and came out and said we can't do nothing about it What BIG MAC don't have cheese I paid 5.19 and didn't even get what I wanted.

This place is pretty pathetically slow. I can see they easily have enough staff here, but they somehow aren't doing anything remotely quickly.

I hate to be that guy, but this Mccy Ds usually polls you, gives you the wrong stuff, or not all your stuff. 75% of the time. Today was good though.

Everytime we go there we are asked to pull up and wait for our food. Tonight again we had to pull up, 10 mins pass no food. My husband went in and the lady said they could not find us. Amazing!
