5 am, roll up and the folks always seem to be happy to help. You cant see a smile due to the mask but can hear it in the voice and see it in the eyes.

Love stopping in the AM there!

They never get ur order right! Ordered a dr pepper got a sprite ordered no onions on all 3 of our sandwiches and they had onions on 2 of them and we waited for our food but got old fries! Defn am not recommending this place!

One of the better m'ds, food is good and service is too. Something lacking in many m'ds of the area

This is probably the best McDonald's in the area. Certainly the cleanest and the fastest. The staff are among the nicest in the local chain, as well.

No straws, no bacon, no extra pickles, no extra ketchup, I mean if you pay for something you expect to get it right

This is the best McDonalds. Always clean, always friendly, always fresh. We go out of our way to go to this McDonalds even though there's another one closer.

Accidentally spilled my drink onto the floor around closing and four employees were sitting next to us and didnt bother to get up to get a mop to mop it up so I cleaned an entire large drink off the floor with napkins while they laughed. If I could give 0 stars I would. Fast food employees want to make 15$ an hour minimum wage but they cant even make your food properly or do there jobs.

Not a great mcdonalds. I always order extra onions and many times I get NO onions I rarely ever get extra onions on my actual order. Employees are nice and the new remodel looks great but simple additional items on your sandwich they can't get right.

Better than the federal st mcdonalds by far. They forgot my 4 piece mcnuggets today, so check your order when you get it

Food is nasty. Some staff are good but others are of the ideology of minimum wage minimum labor. I don't blame them.

Waited for a minute to get service, which was friendly. Waited even longer for the order, which only consisted of a double cheeseburger and a coffee.

Just started working in the area. Been here 3 times and got worse each time. Drive-through takes forever to get your food. This time was the longest. Had me pull forward and wait. This happened each time. Waited 15 min then went in to see what happened. They just getting my food ready. Quarter pounder and fries. Really, takes that long? Will never be back to this location!

The food is always messed up and more times than not, there is hair in it. For instance: I used to work late hours so I would go here for a quick bite after work. The food was usually NOT what I ordered. Then I got switched to morning shift, so I came here before work because it was on the way. There was a long blonde hair in my food! I returned it and when I explained there was a long blonde hair in it, the worker turned around to the male employees and gave me a look like I was an idiot, and then said he would replace it because I barely ate it. Dude, I didn't eat it at all; I spit it out as soon as one of your employee's hairs wrapped around my tongue. I'm grateful they replaced it, but don't look at me like I'm dumb. It was most likely the 1 employee with his hat turned backwards and his long hair sticking out the front because he is too cool to wear it properly.

Terrible location. Poorly trained employees. Orders wrong often and long delays. Very unorganized.

Slow never get the order right and they get all mad when they have to fix it. Seriously how hard is it to count when u mess up a 10 nugget and only put 5 in

Just ordered a cheeseburger and a few other things.get home to eat.no burger on the cheeseburger? !?
We used to stop here almost everyday.
Over the past year it has gone downhill.
Day turn is decent most the time.
But I think I have yet to get a correct order at night!

Depends on the mcdonalds if its the belmont on its gross and ppl r rude the niles she always fresh and same with the one on salt spring road

A good McDonalds. My food came out a little slow, but their drive thru was really busy so it wasn't really their fault.

Order Carmel machiato and taste like Carmel and milk no coffee taste or ice in it. Y'all need to work on ur coffee skills.
