25Ordered large sweet tea on my way to work. They did not put any ice in it and it was luke warm. Had to throw it away since we did not have any ice at work! Tried to call 3 times and phone just rang and rang. Nobody answered! This was McDonald's in McKinley Heights, OH.
I ordered a medium fry, was charged for a large and given a small. On top of that it was cold, soggy and disgusting. The night manager refused to do anything about it. Avoid this place at all costs.
If I could give them negative stars I would. My friend got orange juice and there was 2 bugs in it. Disgusting. They are always slow it seems like. Not very nice or professional. Usually always get your order wrong. I got a chicken mcgriddle and my bun was hard fries were hard also. Definitely not going back to this Mcdonalds.
Waited in line forever just to get burnt McGriddle & my large drink only filled 3/4 of the way. Absolutely Gross. Should've went to Dunkin Donuts across the street. AVOID THIS DUMPSTER FIRE UNLESS YOU'RE LOOKING TO BE DISAPPOINTED & DISGUSTED. *The app forces you to give at least one star that this McDonald's doesn't deserve*
What a joke. Seems like the workers want to play more than work. Then a manager decides to threaten to beat my ass. Who hires these people. A higher up from corp needs to go in to that restaurant and sit without these workers knowing. The McDonald's in warren is classier than this ghetto trash place
