While at drive thru window waiting for food I saw employee with unloved hands touching hair and makes was below nose.

This McDonald’s might be the worst McDonald’s in Columbus.drive thru is very slow, every morning at the exact same time they clean the frappe machine when it’s probably the most popular time to get one. Sometimes no one takes your order going through the drive thru, so you have to drive around and go to the other lane.

Very great food never have messed up from how busy they r but the employes r sometimes rude but other than that great service

Pretty quick service and kind people m everything was fresh and didn't keep me in the drive thru for long. Just hard to get to it from the other side of Hamilton Road and that's the only problem with this location. Overall though a good experience and well prepared food.

Update: There's nothing I hate more than pulling up to wait on my order, especially just to keep up with drive thru times. Get enough workers to get things done. I especially hate in this location pulling up, and being forced to make an entire circle around the place and waiting to back up when traffic is coming in

After multiple times visiting and receiving incorrect orders, I will never visit this location again. For example, ordered fish filet with no cheese (very intolerant: (). Top of the box said "no cheese" and the sandwich was smothered in cheese. This has happened too much to waste my time visiting again.

Fast service, good fast food. New fresh quarter pounders are a big improvement. Requested and received artisan bun instead of sesame. Tried the smokehouse bacon. Good flavor but lacking something. More sauce or other condiments may have helped but it was pretty good anyway. Good variety of food choices.

Took about 20 minutes to get our order, although they took it immediately. It was correct when we did finally get it.very unusual for McDonald's.

Every time I go to this location, my order is messed up. Doesn't matter how easy of an order or how complicated of an order. It doesn't matter how busy or how not busy they are. It's never right. I am positioned right between this location and the one by the high school and choose this to avoid going through the roundabouts, but I'm just going to do the roundabouts from now on.

Service was slow considering we were some of the only people their, but friendly! Restaurant was relatively clean and food was as expected.

I waited for 15 in the drive through to get a mcflurry. When the manager finally brought it out it was half-full, coming out of the sides with the lid not even on. We went inside to get it fixed and had to wait another 5 minutes before we were even acknowledged. Services is slow, and product is shoddy

It's a McDonald's. You get what you expect. Cashier did not understand order from McDonald's Android app.

Well. That does it! I have no reason to return to a MacDonalds ever again. Its already unhealthy. They gave me raw chicken nuggets!: ' (this was last night 6/11/18. Haven't gotten sick yet, we shall see.

I was impressed with the friendly attitude of the fellow that took our order, delivered it to our table and filled my coffee order after breakfast.

The restaurant is clean and the design refresh nice. Running CNN on the TV instead of Fox News was appreciated.

This McDonald's sucks. They always forget something. Tonight it was my fries. I'll never be back.

Waited 20 minutes for two all day breakfast sandwiches. Didn't have biscuits ready then made one and ran out of bacon.

Been here 5 or 6 times. I don't eat this food. I'll give Wendy's a shot, but they're just as bad. Oh well. Kroger is open until one. Do yourself a favor, learn what to cook and how to cook. Good luck guys

Very slow. Waited 15 minutes in the drive thru, my order was wrong, waited another 15 minutes inside.

I have only used the drive thru. Depending on the time of day, it has been very quick. Only once have I been asked to pull into the parking space designated for those waiting for their order to be completed. Only once was my order not correct. I usually use the North Hamilton Rd location.

The food was good, but I paid for a 6 pc and got a 4. So people bag and making it need to pay attention to what there doing.

Got a Frappe asked for it to be put in a sweet tea cup received it in a wax coated cup. Friendly and fast service though.
