30I haven't had McDonald's fries in 2 yrs. Thought I'd "treat" myself. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT! Ordered small and a sausage egg mcmuffin at drive thru. Was given COLD FRIES and a crappy cheeseburger. I can't eat the burger! Threw it away and now no food to eat on a long work day. No more fast food for me.
Just had the worse experience ever at a McDonald's restaurant. Placed my order at 10: 32 a.m. For 2 McFlurrys, sandwich and coffee. Twenty (20) minutes later I received my order. The cup of coffee was only 3/4 full. Sorry I can't give a good review because there's no excuse for it!
Absolutely slow stood by register for 5 min with no one around and just running by me. Took another 15-20 min to just get my food.place wasnt even busy
I was so impressed with the friendly late night service.i promised I would leave 5 stars. So I am. Thank you. 12-10-2017. Your Uber driver.
Very slow and inaccurate drive thru. EVEN AFTER BEING ASKED TO PULL FORWARD AND WAIT 12 MINUTES. Really sad because it was a quarter pounder that was forgotten. Oh well the nuggets were hot (all the fries were cold). And now the kids know why you go somewhere where they don't need to hide behind clown masks (say Wendy's).
By far the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. Took my daughter to wash her hands an the trash was over flowing with dirty hygiene products all over the floor an the sink was disgusting. I wanted to walk out i told my princess we would eat still. Told an employee an she acted as if I had offended her. The manager was polite brought us our food but the forgot a sandwich a brought it right away. I will never eat therce again an I will be contacting corporate.
I've been sitting in the drive thru for 20 minutes now at 330 on a Sunday afternoon and it's like this EVERYTIME I come.
Waited almost 10 minutes just for them to take my order. The manager takes my order and want paying attention so out in the wrong thing. I waited another 10 minutes jyst for the order to be wrong and them have to remake it.
Rarely have a negative experience, and never at all in the drive thru. The positivity and kindness at this business has made a morning routine with my roommate and we just love it.
