McDonald's, Columbus OH

On March 25 around 8PM at the drive thru window McDonalds at Morse Crossing served me a Big Mac without any hamburgers on it. Just buns and sauce. Epic fail.

It's McDonald's, what else can I say? The breakfast team is really fast and courteous, so there's an outstanding feature of this location.

They gave me a sealed bag with order in it, confirmed all drinks and ice cream were in the bag, yet forgot 2 cokes.

It's good enough for a McDonalds, you'll also have a long wait even if you're the only one in the dining area for fries and a frappe

Lady taking orders at the drive thru had the worst attitude. Wasn't courteous at the window and then I had to wait as my food was not ready, for breakfast?

Fries were undone AND cold. Service was horrible. Kids who dont care about any aspect of customer service or regulations regarding cleanness. Running around and playing joking instead of acting like its a job.
Not my money. Never again @Easton McDonalds!

Service is sporadic but it's Mickey Ds. The new chicken.don't bother. Better than old one but that bar was low.

The drive thru was slow. We ordered a oreo mcflurrie and 3 hot fudge sundaes that had half of a cup of ice cream in them with a couple of drips of hot fudge. We asked for more hot fudge and the employee working the window acted like it was a problem to get more. Then we asked for nuts for the sundaes and we were told they were totally out of them. Not a quality experience at all.

Just skip this place and drive about a mile down the road to the other one. Something is always wrong with my order when I go there and it is always a ridiculous wait time.

Food service is good! But while waiting for our food after it was getting bagged up the lady making the food sneezed over top of the make line we told the manager only for her to just tell them to cover there nose I then let her know it's kinda to later as it's all in the food she's working with that it needs trashed yet didn't get replaced NASTY WHY NOT START WITH CLEAN FOOD WOULD YOU EAT THAT!

I was in a mood for a smoothie. Apparently, they are out of stock on slushies and smoothie. What the world with their lack of business. I am going somewhere else to have a yummy smoothie. Screw this place! I am not going back there again.

Botched simple order of Sausage McMuffin, Sausage McMuffin w/o cheese and two hashbrowns? Hassle to get reimbursed. Took 8 minutes in line off two people with tiny orders. Took me 20 minutes and four more trips to counter to get to eat my corrected order. Should train new employees on night shift.

Inside was clean and beautiful, someone in a suit greeted us when we came in, food was delivered to our table and all staff were nice and friendly!

The place is nice and clean and bright. The food looks great. And the people that work there of very friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone wanting some good food.

Consistently ignore one drive through lane when both are busy, slow service, very discourteous staff whenever I've gone during the afternoon

The food is always good but today I found out that the employees have to pay for their own food.

It seems ridiculous to me that people working in a restaurant aren't even allowed to eat one meal for free WHILE ON THE JOB!

If not for this policy, I would've given the location 5 stars because I love going there! Truly disappointed with whoever made the decision to take away employee discounted meals.

Typical McDonalds, although this one does offer table service. After you order, and if you are dining on, they will bring your food out to you on real plates with silverware which is a nice touch. The building has a retro look which I like as well.

I visited the McDonald's on Rt 36 in Sunbury Ohio right off of I-Rt 71. This is the slowest McDonald's I have ever been to. I waited 20 minutes in the drive thru. The people in front of me left because they couldn't wait any longer. If you have to stop at this McDonalds give yourself PLENTY of time.

Made me wait at a third window for 10 mins so I left without my coffee. Pretty sad someone can’t throw together a premade ice coffee in 2 mins.

Decorative second floor with digital ordering machines. They stay open until 4am. Will even let you walk in at 3: 55am while they are cleaning so that you use the restroom. Dosent seem that serious but there aren't many paces that nice at 4am.
