McDonald's, Columbus OH

This may be the slowest, most disrespectful service I have ever received at a McDonalds. My wait time was 17 minutes to receive some of the oldest burgers I've ever eaten.

My family always enjoys McDonald's. It's the top fast food place for my son. My favorite menu item is the new chicken tenders. I also enjoy now being able to get breakfast all day.

This may be the best McDonald's on the planet. Always clean and the service is beyond excellent. Craig will do anything to ensure you are completely satisfied

The food was good. However; after being pretty much demanded to use the automated ordering computers inside, rather than given a choice. The computer glitched out and added an additional 5$ to my order and an additional 5 things I did not want. When I went to the manager with my problem she insisted "no that's what you ordered thats what you wanted" clearly it was not. Neeedless to say as I type this while eating inside. I think I'll find a different mcdonalds if I ever decide to eat in again at all.

It was ok took awhile at the drive thru and idk why they only put 1 pickle on a cheeseburger I mean how much extra would it cost them really to put 2 pickles on there I hate that

Service was excellent. This location has the computers at some of the tables so that kids can play games while waiting on their food.

Posted signage lists incorrect prices. Then order taker was rude stating either accept incorrect price or not order. On positive note manager did honor advertised price.

Amazing service, very clean and modern. The servers and manager were splendid people who really cared about your day and you. The food was great.

I scheduled a painful dentist appointment. The day before, I came in for my double quarter pounder got fries and soda. A friend suggested that I play the children's games on the mounted PC. Real flowers on the tables. I got the dental work started.

Thanks for the Real Flowers and Kids computer games. I was right, I am still in painful progress with the dentist.

Love this McDonald's. It has classic exterior. Inside they have screens on some tables on which kids (and adults) can play games. The touch screens are good quality also. Some tables had flowers which looked beautiful. Overall ambience is good. Service is good too

Drive thru was broken and after informing the manager, asked him to put an out of order sign, all he did was chat up every chick standing in the line, and at my turn after I reminded him and showed him all the cars stopping, drivers honking and leaving drive thru in a rage, instead of apologizing or putting up a piece of paper on the drive thru screen, he silently took my order and the kitchen took 15 odd minutes to bring a milkshake. Would never ever go again.

Poor attitudes from employees. I think rude is the perfect word. It wasn’t just one employee. Every one of them had terrible attitudes.
