McDonald's, Hamilton OH

Forgot my sauce. I had to tell them my order at window. Gave us sugar n cream forgot coffee. Had to ask for pop

Don't give u the right food u order. When I said something they tell u to go back around and reorder. I just left.

Go-to get food they don't answer on Sunday at 5pm in inner lane for like 5 minutes but a car comes right up and gets answered on outer. Pull up to pay window give them order get to pickup window only to be told latte machine down. This is always ongoing here. Don't go there.

I hate mcdonald's.worst food ever.the only reason I ate it is bc it was close and I hadn't eaten in hours

Went today 245 pm to use their app, couldn't see all code but barcode was OK, girl waved scanner quickly and didnt even try and said it won't work if u can't see code, well try is what I would think.anyway this McDonalds is always messing up and frappe machine down always.

Well I've left bad reviews on this place before decided to try it one more time the food was just a shity as it was last time the service was even worse stood there for what 15-20 minutes to get cold nasty food and the food was very poorly made like my neck chickens don't even have any sauce on them will never go back there again and I will not tell anybody I know to go there

Waited ten min behind one car the place was dead most workers were outside smoking and vaping or nomadically oscillating around the inside like they were lost. Went to the west side it took 10 min to be served this is with a 5 min drive and we had one car Infront of us. Management is Marvin Lewis status, or so it seemed the way their team was working
I was starving too. All good tho everyone messes up sometimes.

Me my cousin and brother were at McDonald's and we only had enough money to get 1 burger because that last store we were at ripped us off so a lady at the front bought us 3 drinks! 3 big fries! And 3 ice creams! And we were so greatful and it just made our day.

Slow, dirty, and get my order wrong everytime.im thru eating there i suggest you be too. Cant even get this 9$ order right

Most of the time your order is wrong. When it's not it's cold. If you try to say something you get nothing but attitude. The managers that do try to take care of their customers get yelled at. Drive a little further to Wendy's where food is always fresh and hot.

Hamilton Ohio store on 129 is horrible. Today there must have been seven cars in front of us AFTER we ordered. Many more behind. Didn't move for 8 minutes. Not one car moved. We left, pulled out of line, won't ever return. If I could give less than one star I would.

Don't even try their service sucks. I don't know why McDonald's corporation don't do check ups in there places this is slow mangers don't care and look and act trashy.

Fries were cold and suoer greasy. The customer service was not there. They just handed me my food and shut the door. The guy on the Mic could care less about what he sounds like. They forgot the apples pies. Received some kind of birthday pie instead.it was okay! Not like apple pie though. My burger hahaha I think They gave me all the fires grease as well. It dripped everywhere. But I had a decent sized order and it came fairly fast somehow. So I'll give them props for their speedy service lol.

They got my order right and it was quick the local burger king can't get it together two Seperate times and not o 3x's was it correct

If you go late at night all orders are taken at the second window, also, if they say cash only you can still pick up a mobile order.

It is horrible service the food is never fresh, just for a mcchicken sandwich is a 14 minute wait. Sorry but I do not recommend the McDonald's on high street i rate it a negative 5.

Had a Big Mac and coffee which wss fine but they took a long time to get it ready. I will avoid this McDonald's in the future.

Waited 15 minutes in drive though, went inside to get my order and was told they didn't have an order. Showed them my receipt and they said "sorry we lost the order. " Gave my money back and I left! Terrible customer service. This was the McDonald's by the Court House by under pass. In Hamilton.

Slowest McDonald's ever they never have ice cream the machine is always broke and they can never get your order right in the Drive-Thru you always have to go in and have your order remade

I was desperate during lunch and decided to stop by this McDonald's even with the "not-so-great" reviews. Took 10 minutes to get my order in and another 5 to get my food, which isn't terrible, but the food was not good even by McDonald's standards. One and done.
