McDonald's, Hamilton OH

Slow service. Took 5 minutes to make my drink. Had a lot of flies in their kitchen and their staff was more interested in personal conversations then doing their jobs. I always have a bad experience here.

I just recently went there i mean it was so bad i really couldnt believe it they gave me old nasty food and the service was horrible they were just so rude i mean i spend alot of money when i go there im buying food for 5 kids then 2 adults so my ticket has never been under 15 bucks so if im going to spend im not going to use it

I visited at midnight and they don't allow you to order at the menu in the drive thru. They made me pull up to the first window. There were 2 cars in front of me and I waited almost 15 minutes to just place my order for them to tell me they were out of almost everything I ordered

In my opinion, whatever change they made to their burgers was a bad one. They taste like no other beef patties I've tasted before. It just cant be 100% beef as they claim it to be.

Every time we come to this McDonald's they mess our order up in some sort of way, go to the other McDonald's just for this reason

Worst one to eat at biscuits and gravy was cold, pop tasted flat if I went to liberty Fairfield rt 4 the price is $3 less then this one cause it's food prices r higher then the townships

Well i waited 45 min for 4 pies and 2 mic chicken an to pops but they sid give me 6 of the 8 dollar back and my food but the mic chicken was nasty so it sucks

The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting, and mind you it was only 10am, so they should not have been that dirty from 3rd shift cleaning them. The little trash cans were broke, the toilet paper holders were broke. Once I got my food I had problem finding a place to sit because most of the tables were filthy. It just reminded me why I usually don't go there.

Sat in line for 20 minutes and watched at least 15 cars go ahead of us in the other line. Got up to order, no one served us. Left this terrible, terrible McDanald's. May even swear off Micky's for good. IDIOTS!

This location needs help. Service is quite slow during dinner hours. Most of the time either something is missing from the order or the food is cold or wrong.

Service slow, employees moved like turtles, food not done, fries were taken out before timer went off, cold in center. Then it was rang up wrong and overcharged me 3.00.

Service is always very slow, I think they have a staffing issue. They ARE NOT OPEN 24/7, even though the sign says they are. Again, I think they must have a serious staffing issue.

Long waits you don't get the food you ordered. The workers don't really know their job. They will ask you a question and then not pay attention to your answer.

Can I give 0 stars? Worst establishment ever! Almost always filthy restrooms and dining area. Drink station is usually pop and ice everywhere. I would hate to see the condition of the kitchen. Last 2 times there wait was over 20 minutes and then last time I waited in line 10 minutes while cashier chatted it up with 2 crackheads ordering 2 McChickens. Last time I will ever try and eat there again!

The employees are rude the building is nasty fly's are everywhere employees just stand around talking pop machine's we're nasty employees about pushed my kids out the way as I was walking out hope to God we don't end up sick I seriously do not recommend this MacDonald's no stars if giving the option

Sat in the drive through for 10 minutes no one greeted up through the machine so we had to drive to the window and order there, messed up our order too

I'm bias when it comes to McDonald's and my reasons is the Myrtle Beach location and they're incident with a hungry homeless man

The service was terrible waited 45 minutes in line as you drive through never to take over head drive to the window and then he tried to act like he did take it he needed fire I never go that McDonald's again it sucked
