Just Nasty food is always recooked.
Like we don't know the Difference.
I will just stick to the slushy.
My Opinion.

Sadly they need help bad, a manager was evidently the only one working in there this morning so that was the only reason I gave the rating I did, don't know where all the other workers were, she kept letting people know she was alone and it would take some time to be patient

I ordered a chicken sandwich and it was a piece of hair in it I went back and they didn’t have a nice response, very unprofessional

Would have been 5, but the new staff at the food window is not friendly and makes you reach for your stuff. Like they are afraid to put their hand out the window

It's 11pm and I was told they only service Uber Eats and Door Dash at this time. I'm a paying customer at your window. What's the difference if I order direct vs a service app? You still have to make the food and I have to wait longer? Ok, bye

Worst McDonald's I've ever went to. Rude staff, dirty, and very unprofessional. I highly suggest driving 5 minutes down the road to the other McDonald's location.

This place has to have the laziest employees there’s so slow and mess up ever order m done with Them going to Wendy’s from now on they should fire the whole store

They have a bunch of kids working I there who do not care about doing their job at all! They mess up orders all the time. There was a young man in there who was simply suppose to get me a new Coke at one point. I sat there for almost 5 minutes waiting for this drink. I could see him over in the back just standing around talking doing nothing. I was waving my hands and honking my horn to get his attention. When he did finally decide to bring my drink all he said was, my bad I forgot all about you. Meanwhile my food has been getting cold. They are the slowest most lackluster McDonald's around

Worst McDonald's in a 15 mile radius. I won't be back. Everytime I try them again thinking its been a few weeks.they screw up and the crew is rude. I'll keep driving out of the way and I only live 2 minutes from this location.

We waited over 35 minutes for 1 cheeseburger and a coke. If you were to look inside, the entire staff was standing around and talking. No customers inside, several customers from the drive thru line left.

They are stupid people. One kid couldn't run cash register. Others were not open. Manger was doing nothing. Both drive thru lanes backed up and standing still. Inside people were waiting for the idiot at cash register. When they remolded they should have got new smart employees.

I didn't know so many stupid people could work under the same roof. Seriously the criteria to work there must non existent these people can't even spell. And the manager is worst of all she must have dropped out in the third grade

One of the worst McDonalds in Cincinnati. Terrible staff, terrible service. Always understaffed and food is always poorly prepared.

Took several minutes for drive thru to acknowledge I was there. Rude staff talking about how it's okay to be rude to some customers. Completely wrong order even though I had to repeat it 3 times.

Very very slow. They didn't close the lid on my coffee and it burned my hand nothing serious but it was uncalled for

Very unorganized. Slow service. Employees more interested in their phones than the customer. Kinda rude. Food was average. Not impressed

I dont text and drive so I pulled over to use my phone and get something to eat. Im sitting there for maybe 2 minutes when the manager comes out to check what im doing. I understand their are junkies that loiter and thought that was kool shes trying to check up on people. However after i get around to ordering and receiving my "food" turns out I was still being profiled because my burger had spit all in it. Glad i checked and saved the receipt. They need to can the whole place.

Avoid, just avoid. If you use the drive-thru be prepared for more of a grab bag experience when you get home. You'll have food but chances are it won't be what you ordered. The problem is not with this lone location, the ineptitude of the company reaches the corporate offices where you'll be met with apologies dripping in false sincerity as they proceed to do nothing to help you.

Don't ever eat at this location. The service is terrible and the food WILL make you sick. This isn't a joke. Trash of a place and Trash people. Eat at any other location.

Went to the drive thru. Moved quickly enough, order was correct, people did their jobs. Getting in and out at the traffic light was tight, but, if there wasent a traffic light it would be impossible.
