32Worst service i have ever had. I had to wait 25 mins to get my food and then found it to be made all wrong. So then i waited and additional 15 mins so they could remake it. Dont go to rhis McDonald's.
In line for over 10 minutes at 8am on a Sunday! Then after ordering one sausage mcmuffin and one UNsweet tea they reassured me that my tea they gave me was UNsweet. Well maybe mine was, but whoever ordered the coke probably wasn't to happy with it. Fast food service getting worse everyday!
Skip this location. The dining room and employees are a hot mess. Better off going to Cheviot if you must have McDonalds. Only reason for 2 stars is that they at least got my order right.
Its a good spot but its pretty ratchet you can get a decent 1$ burger but dont be expecting the workers to make you ice cream etc. (They dont want to operate/Clean the machine) but regardless for a quick burger and fry not the worst McDonald's but not the best
First time ever at a McDonald's I was asked because I was waiting for a long time if either I or my passenger would like something to drink. Plus, I am assuming is the manager asked if I got a receipt and to take the survey to get buy one get one free sandwich. I give this location and evening crew 5 stars for just considering the customer wait time and being busy they all still had smiles and was pleasent.
The drive-thru is particularly fast at this McDonald's and the food is usually better than the other McDonald's I've been to
Twice before, ordered from kiosk and it took Forever to get our food. This time, ordered at the register. After 24 minutes, I went up to ask if it should be taking this long to get just a Happy Meal and a Big Mac? Found out from the cashier that 'someone' erased our order from the screen, and I had to produce my receipt in order for them to make the food.this whole new system at McDonalds is a customer nightmare! What a disaster.
On the weekends this is the worst McDonald's I ever been stood in line 20 minutes nobody even came to the counter there was people in line waiting I got tired at the 20 minutes left because there was people waiting on food to and I know I'd be right there with them waiting
One on coleraine Avenue by Walmart the worst last week they were open I could see them in the window and they still didn't take my order and the tonight sat in line for 25 min just to get up there and have them say they can only take cash
Waited for 40 minutes and didn't even get my food asked for a refund several times and was told "why didn't you say that from the beginning " when I had spent 15 of the 40 minutes asking for the refund never go to this McDonald's its trash I'd give it less stars but limitations
If u got inside they take u last the try.to get rid of the drive thru first i just ordered hasbrown was there for like 15 mins
They have a new brightly lit screen but the service response is extremely slow. Your wait will be frustrating
