28I always get amazing service from Menards (Tipp City) Hileigh Winner and Charley Bryant always go the extra distance to make sure I have all the material needed for every project. I can't say enough about their professionalism, knowledge and desire to make sure I'm taken care of.
A mix of hardware, lumber, lawn and garden, home improvement, major appliance, and dollar stores in one.
Overall, I like Menards. I went there to look at flooring options. There was a young guy in floooring who not once asked to help me even though I was there a good amount of time. When I did ask for help, he was emotionless and not customer friendly. He obviously only wanted to do the bare minimum and get on with something else. Definitely not good customer service.
Great store with great products. Some of the staff in the departments know what theyre talking about and what you need while others are totally clueless. Found something that would work to fix a sink drain, but took two trips because the first part which is "universal" didn't fit
Bathroom and plumbing service was great. Picking up a few thousand dollars from the rear warehouse horrible! So unorganized and lacking any amount of customer satisfaction. Almost 40 minutes! Two employees 80 minutes of OT. Next time wheel three carts through the store. Awful
One of the best hardware stores in New ever been to. One of the best customer service staffs I've felt worth at a hardware store.
It was quick easy, we found what we needed fast. I've never been to a store ever where I didn't leave stressed out and anxious, but Menards was a breath of fresh air.
The three employees that saw us offered help. They were great. Plus Everything was clearly labeled. And they had MULTIPLE check out lanes open. The cashier was personable with out being too in our faces. And he seemed to like his job.
