With only 6 people in the waiting area I've waited over 2 hours to be seen and nearly an hour past closing. Worse experience to date.

Top off the line, the helped me with any questions I had and gave me explantation on why they believe the process will work.

Have had to visit a couple times. Nurses and reception staff were wonderful. Doctors seemed alarmingly unconcerned with my wellbeing. If you’ve got an urgent health issue, I urge you to go anywhere else.

I wasn't seen there. I was working there, as an interpreter. Not the first time. The staff is always awesome with my clients, attentive to their issues and concerns.

Loved working with this center on my iPhone: scheduling my emergency appt, check in, waiting room while visiting Canton, and visit summary, after care made this medical disruption on my trip sooo much more manageable. On returning to Maryland, received emails with questions

This place is hit or miss. Most of the staff is excellent. Same can not be said for a hand full of super rude doctors!

This is just one of those places that you don't want to be, ever. Let's face it, if you're there, you're probably not having a good time. So it's hard to rate something like this as enjoyable. So all I can say is that the staff was professional, but the downside is, why force your patients to make an appointment if you really can't honor the time slot? We waited for an hour for a scheduled blood draw.

Had to go there for work and take physical and drug test and had to bring my son.the staff and doc was awesome.treated my boy great and treated me great I was in and out at 10 in morning with in 45 mins.thanks

If you are sick or ailing, this is where you want to be. They take good care of you now.not next Tuesday.

The therapy pool is an excellent place to get relief from achy arthritic joints. The water is a constant 90 degrees which feels great.

The physician assistant that saw me didn't listen to any of my concerns about my symptoms or circumstance. Rushed me out without testing the original symptoms of concern and sent me home with anti-nausea medication without testing my stool despite the fact I had just gotten back from a South American country with no clean tap water. Very disappointed in the lack of care here.

Husband came in about a week ago with a fever and other symptoms. The LPN stated she was sure the doctor would swab him for the flu. Needless to say he was given a chest xray. The doctor came in and didn't say anything about the chest xray but thought he had the flu and nothing he could do but let it run its course. That was all the doctor did. Didn't swab him.just listened to his chest and said sounded good and checked one ear and we were on our way. Two days later we went to Urgent Care and diagnosed him with a bacterial infection. He since is starting to feel better. Will not go back ever!

The nurses and doctor were rude and it took to long 4 hours

The docs and nurse s here really took care of me when I was admitted back in September. They saved my life

If I could leave a negative amount of stars I would. I went in on 1/9/19. The check in was quick the ladies at the front desk were very sweet. It’s the nurses and the doctors I have an issues with. The one nurse called me dumb and the doctors and I wish I was kidding said “well if your bleeding then you probably already miscarried” I will never have that doctor if I even go here again. I was there for 2 hours they left me in the room for 45 mins no one knew what to do with me when all I needed was blood work. I did end up miscarrying but they treated me as if I was an inconvenience. It was the most awful experience I have ever had! I was there

I took my daughter here on a Sunday morning and was in and out within the hour. Typically the visit is not that quick and I was very pleased.

The Physician Assistant (young gentleman) was inappropriate, rude and condensing. Had to visit this facility because I just moved to the area and have not established a primary care physician. It was impossible to find a physician as a new patient at the last minute and around the holiday. The nurses were great but the PA was horrible. I spent over 4 hours at the facility and I will never visit this location again.

Horrible wait time. Registering on-line is a fairly new service. If you dont use it or dont know you will wait HOURS. They take people that have made appointments ahead of those that are waiting, regardless of how long the wait.

The people that work there a very nice people at Dr is very good they helped my granddaughter what's your foot a broken toe and it wasn't there that long and I thank God for me great job

Client requires weekly bloodwork, these folks are friendly, efficient, and quick. In and out in under an hour, and it was a bit crowded when we arrived.
