My check engine light came on unexpectedly and the Metro Service team was able to fit me in, get me a loaner, find and fix the issue, and get me back in my car by end of day! Great job, people!

Thank you for a great job on replacing my water pump and other repairs. My Corolla runs great. This is the first time I used Metro Toyota service Dept for repairs. After trying other local repair shops that didn't work out so good. I will definitely recommend you folks to family and friends.

Even for just an airbag recall notice that cost me nothing, they checked other major items on the car and washed the car before I left.

I am very unhappy with the Auto Butler service and overall lack of response from the service department. On several occasions, I have gone in for the Auto Butler Service and the leather in my car was not touched. Several calls to the service manager went unanswered. Also, on one occasion, I went in and had my cabin filter changed only to find out later that it was never changed. I was also told once that I needed 4 new tires. I went to Conrads and was told that the front two tires were at 6/32 and the backs were at 10/32. This is not how you treat customers, especially if you want them to continue to purchase cars at Metro.

I love the early morning appointments, online scheduling and comfortable waiting area. I am very happy with my certified Tacoma and will continue to return for service.

I highly recommend Metro Toyota and my new car salesman Ken Konopka. Best car buying experience ever! Ken was professional and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain all the features on the car and to answer all my questions. He also followed up after the sale to make sure I was happy with my new 4runner. I just had my first service appointment for routine maintenance and found the service department to be excellent as well. Great overall experience Metro Toyota.you earned my 5 stars!

I always feel well taken care of at Metro. I've been going there long enough that the service managers know my name and are always kind and do their best to get me the best deal. I'm a teacher so I'm always looking to cut corners where I can, and they are always honest about what really needs to be done. This past time they looked at my USB port for no extra charge and gave me a new USB cord. This was much appreciated! It is also always a comfortable waiting area experience. There are spaces to work if you need to get stuff done while there. Thank you Metro!

Great as always for installation of remote start; time to wait was a bit off from a estimate of 1 hr 40 min to almost 2 hrs 30 m in.
But everyone kind and friendly. Good coffee and interesting gift shop.
Would like to review sales guy we had also. Robert was great and got us a great deal. Personable and efficient.

I had a really nice experience here. I was in the area for business and stopped in to check if they could help me with a piece of my interior moulding that was loose. I just needed a grommet which they had. The whole thing was about $3. A really irritating problem but Parts took care of me. I also noticed what a convenient location they're in and how their waiting area is really nice. Full amenities. Clean bathrooms. Great customer service.

Our experience with all individuals at this dealership was wonderful. The folks here were professional and courteous. They were accommodating and prompt. They did what they said they would do, when they said it would be done. It was a no stress experience and we’d go back for another purchase or for service. Metro is a classy place. Our sales consultant, Andrew, and the business manager, Jim, both took all the time we needed and explained everything well.

Although initially offered a fairly high starting price (expected), after showing them the price I was offered elsewhere, they matched the price exactly. Nice discount through Toyota since I was a recent graduate and my APR was super low thanks to a deal they had going on. The financial advisor was very open about pricing options and additions, etc. Overall, each employee was very personable and although a long experience (as buying a new car generally is), it wasn't painful at all.

My care is a 2005. I have had every oil change, maintenance service and repair done at Metro Toyota simply because they take good care of me. I have had my favorite service advisers over the years. Some have relocated, retired or left the business. However, my current favorite adviser, Joe Rogers is the best. I can call him and he assures me that I will be taken care of because he knows that my job requires travel. If a repair will take long, I am offered a rental. I am always given options and advice as to the best direction for me to take. I appreciate the thoughtfulness and time invested in making sure I am happy when I leave the well-maintained waiting area.
