Cashier was extremely helpful I've never been in this ever and she helped me locate where an item was then told me about the online coupons which prompt me to buy more of what I needed I just forgot to get her name to give her props.

It's another craft store, my wife likes it here and I tag along sometimes when I'm driving. It always seems organized, and help is never too far away. She goes mostly for the huge selection of Silouete tools and supplies.

I found what i was shopping for to complete a project. Nice, clean store that is adequately staffed. Thank goodness for their sales or a lit would be out of my reach!

Went in to try to get help with framing a picture. Waited 15 mins and couldn't find an employee, so left and went to Hobby Lobby.

Love their custom framing! Not happy that my 60% off + 25% off custom framing coupon was not valid on Aaron Brothers Frames and only a couple other frames came in the depth I needed but none were the right color.

The staff was not very friendly. They had a good sale. All I had was cash and I was told I had to pay in exact change or use a card. If I did not have exact change or a card they could not sell it to me apparently there is a worldwide shortage of change.

Only go here to get artwork framed. Very helpful and patient staff. Framing is a bit pricey, but the results are always great.

I went broke in here, Addictive shopper's beware so many pretty pretties u won't want to stop you just gotta have it.

I have been extremely careful during this lock-down time. I am 70 years old and have asthma. I have not shopped in stores. I have done lots of on-line shopping and picked up my orders curbside. This past Sunday I decided I would make my first shopping trip to Michaels. It will be my last. Lack of masks by shoppers and employees improperly wearing theirs-below nose or below chin. Felt very uncomfortable and unsafe.

This location is very clean and organized. The store looks wonderful and the cashiers are nice and friendly.

I enjoy visiting here, but I often spend more than I planned to. Their prices are a bit higher than some local competitors but lower than others. They carry supplies for a number of crafts.

Lady at register was not friendly at all. She got mad at two of my sisters for helping to count flowers. How sad

Staff is great! I spend way too much time and money here! But it is a great store the 40% coupons are tremendously wonderful!

Love the selection but you need to reduce the restrictions on your coupons such as allowing coupons on cricut machines etc

You can find chisel tip prismacolor markers if you're like me AND that's all you look for! Big place with things for everyone

Not bad for crafts and ideas, and other things but the prices are a bit outrageous. I seen things in the store that I told my wife we can get cheaper at Lowe's or home Depot. Same exact products, 5-10 dollars cheaper. We opted to drive 2 min down the road to save some money. They are Just like any other store that Jack's up Price's bc of their name. Time's have changed so much over the years. Unfortunately stores don't change with the time and our economy.

Have just about everything (no fabric) u can usually get a coupon online and send it to your phone.

I love this store. Always find what I need at great prices. Get coupons sent to my phone a couple times a week which makes it even better for our family to save money.

Clean store, wide aisles, easy to find items. There are always registers open. There isn't a long wait time even if it's busy. Good sales and reasonable prices. Always fun stuff too look at while in line
