I love the deals but you should allow coupons to be on die cutting machines like.silhouette and cricut. Many people I know go to other online only retailers to save money!

A little disappointed with the selection of holiday craft items. They've been advertising the past few weeks, but was limited. Perhaps more in the next few weeks.

I usually go at night because a few evening associates who are very helpful. However in the last year the store has started to look rundown, is always a huge mess and no one seems to want to help you (if you can find anyone in the first place). Recently I tried to talk to the store manager because I was frustrated with their coupon policy being different every time I go in, and she was extremely rude to me. I ended up leaving with nothing and will not go back.

I love Michael's. It has absolutely everything you'll ever need. A little pricey, but the quality is great!

Micharls set out placards that stated they had a certain set of copic markers. Took it to the register and the manager went to go look for it, only to come back and tell me that they didn't have it. She insulting brought out a set of totally different markers claiming that they were close to the other ones. Heads up, hair color and skin color are totally different. What a waste of my time and gas.

Store is always clean and organized. The staff are kind and helpful and they ALWAYS have deals/coupons available to use.
