Midas, Dayton OH

Go CarX, Midas is the Slowest team on earth. Almost 2 hrs. To check my breaks. With the car already in the service bays. Never ever coming back. Specially with their $115 hourly rate. People been here waiting for over 3 hrs. Ended up getting my breaks fixed and rotor replaced for 171$ at CARX:) midas wanted $160 just for two pads. Im so glad I didn’t get anything done at midas. CarX just down the road by captain D works way better for less money:) will be going back to carx for tires and oil change.

Showed up for an oil change that said up to an hour. They did find a nail in my tire and added 15 min on to repair that. I was there for 3 and a half hours and had to cancel a dentist appointment and then they tried to charge me 191 dollars for an oil change. Zero percent chance I will ever be back there. Horrible. And I don’t think my tires were rotated. Considering the wheel they patched in still in the same spot.

Very friendly and genuinely concerned with with doing good work at an affordable price. I definitely recommend this Midas if you need maintenance or repairs.

My husband and I were very hesitant to take big blue to midas. The shop on dorothy lane was recommended so I made the appointment. It is a decision we will never regret. Marcus, Anthony, Dan, and Bryce are professional, knowledgeable, patient, and understanding. Marcus runs a great shop. Anthony took the time to explain everything he did and saw. Even took me under her with a flashlight and went over every item with me. Anthony answered all my questions no matter how trivial. I could really go on here They all made my husband and I not only feel imporant but more importantly treated my van with the same care as well. When we needed some more repairs they took us right in and again gave the same care even coming out to give me a jump with no hesitation. So if you ever need to feel safe and confident in who would be working on your car these gentlemen are who you want to see.

Nice group of guys here. Quick to answer the phone, quality answers for my questions and reasonable with the service provided, in and out.

We received great service at Midas today for our brakes, tires, and oil change. Mike and Dallas were both very kind and helpful. Definitely recommend!

Overall had a good experience at this location. Twice I’ve had nails in my tire and they fixed it free as advertised on their sign. Service center is nice with tv. Their parking lot is the only thing that I would complain about. Not many available spots when their busy.

If you don't know much about cars do not go here. They definitely try to do extra work that doesn't need done.

Went in for alignment and decided to also get tires before any of this being done there was no road noise what so ever. After driving off theres a loud humming noise like a bad tire or something with alignment was told they need to charge me for a hr of labor to see what's wrong. Complete scam artists avoid this place at all cost there are many smaller shop that do better work for alot less

Midas told me that they would give me a quote for my car and said they will call me later that day and let me know what was wrong with my car. 3 days later I had to come back up to the shop see what was wrong with my car and they still had no quote for my car and told me the wrong information about what was wrong with my car. Then sent me to another shop and didn't really bother to say sorry! There was also no communication between staff. Just to name a few things! I will never return.

I had my oil changed today and the service was awesome. Vince greeted me with a smile and was very nice and informative with everything I needed to know. It didn’t even take the 45 minutes that was expected it was done sooner. I will definitely be going back for future oil changes and repairs. Probably the best customer service I’ve had dealing with my car

Went in to get my brakes done on12/28/18, and the job was much more than I expected. Mike the manager explained everything and helped get some financing since it became much more expensive than expected. Definitely found my new shop to take my cars.

My brakes started making some noises and needed to get them checked on and my first choice was Midas and this location really helped me out and they did a good job explaining everything to me, since I'm not the most car savvy person out there.

Rolled in with a blown tire and I knew I needed a new set anyway due to mileage. They were able to take me in immediately, gave me quotes on several different brands, and had me changed and out in a little over an hour. Thanks guys!

I came in to get my oil changed and was immediately greeted with a very respectful staff. They did an amazing job i was in and out in no time. I will be back to this location before any other.

This Midas location is where I take all my cars to have work done on them. I will continue doing so because of one employee named Anthony who works on my cars every time I bring them there. He's fair on pricing, reliable & efficient in his work. Keep up the good work!

Had a simple oil change scheduled for noon. After showing up they said it will be an hour and a half before they can get me in. At 1245 they finally take my vehicle back. Then 45 min later at 130 they tell me it's going to be another 30 min because they don't have my oil filter! Seriously this will be the last time I visit this location with my 3 vehicles

The guys here at Midas are very trustworthy and dependable. They do an awesome job and work fast and efficiently. You can't go a lot of places and know that as a female they won't try to take advantage of you but here you can and I am always sure to suggest them to all of my friends. This business always goes above and beyond!
