Met with Tamica Pettyaway, at the Laskey Location, she was very helpful and assisted me in service, polite, and she has an outstanding customer service response, your company should be proud to have such positive individuals working for you, she needed to be recognized for how she treated me during my visit, and others she served, it was a hard day but the encounter I had with her, thank you young lady, we need more like you in different companies. Great Job Midwest for great service.

MY EYE DR WAS SPECTAULAR. THE RECEPTIONISTS WERE SO NICE ADN ON IT. HOWEVER, I ORDERED MY GLASSES, AND CALLED ABOUT 5 WEEKS AFTER THE FACT, AND I WAS TOLD MY FRAMES WERE ON BACKORDER. WHY CANT WE GET A CALL FORM THE COMPANY LETTING US KNOW TIS? I WOUL DHAVE PICKED OUT A NEW FRAME. AND NOW IT'S 8 WEEKS ADN STILL NO GLASSES. THIS IS A CORPORATE EPIC FAIL. AND MAYBE, YOU CAN PUT A LAB CLOSER TO TOLEDO.

Jodi was excellent and, as an optometrist, top-notch. If there is one problem with this location, it is the people at the person in charge of getting frames. I do not know this young man's name, but he spent most of his time doing nothing. During the time I spent there, all I saw him doing was walking and not servicing anyone, even when they were waiting for lenses. His attitude was horrible, and he indeed lacked professionalism. I understand being short-staffed, and I know we are all having a rough go of it, but in the service industry, professionalism and courtesy is everything. Maybe do something with the frame selection as well. Beyond that excellent experience.

Everyone was very kind and extremely helpful. They were able to answer all my questions. There wasn't much of a wait to get seen. The place was clean and organized. I still the opto upfront should go to college. Just saying

I ordered new glasses February 15th have been calling and leaving messages they refused to call me back and finally I got a hold of somebody today and they're not ordered and she's unsure of why.

Ladies at front desk are not friendly at all. Acted like I was bothering them when I asked if it would be much longer. I was 10 min early for my 9 am. At 20 after they got an attitude when I ask the question. Then the eye doctor hurried thru my exam and rushed me out the door. Not a good experience.

Excellent Doctors and exams. I originally gave a 2 star rating, however I changed my mind after this last visit. I went in to get my eyeglasses adjusted and was helped out by Jamie. I had her go back several times to make adjustments. When I was finally happy with the fit, then she wasn't happy with them! She did her tweaking and we were both happy. So it was a good experience. Midwest Eye Consultants is far better than a franchise. The doctor who examined me was very thorough and most of all patient.

Since my daughter's insurance changed in less than a year, I'm having issues getting her new glasses since the frames broke. The staff is already rude and unprofessional as it is. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Always super friendly and competent! They have gone out of their way MANY times to help me out however they can! My only complaint is that you can’t call them and talk to them directly if you have a question. So if I need something, I just stop by - and they are kind and helpful.

This company is a joke, my daughter has been without her glasses for 3 months and I’ve been patiently waiting since Nov-17-22. I’ve called and left VM about them and still no response or call back, text, VM or anything since I spoke with staff on 12/7/22. I call today and ask about her glasses but use another option and actually got threw to a real person and not a VM system. I find out My daughters classes have been in since December 9th and I haven’t been notified about this at all, however there records state that they sent out a text and left a VM but that’s a lie. They didn’t even update my current phone number as my primary/Cell instead of my home in they system after I spoke with staff earlier this month. So it’s not that they never had my current phone number on file, It’s that they didn’t do there jobs and call all contacts available but instead just called my old cell phone number (Supposedly). Even though the lady I spoke to on December 7th was given my ONLY phone number again and also promised me she would call me personally when my daughters glasses came in. No call, no txt, no VM, NOTHING! They are so lazy and honestly they don’t even have to do a lot. They should have called again or tried to reach out or even sent out a notice in the mail the glasses were in. It has been almost 2 weeks and no one has been in to pick them up but they knew the urgency of getting these glasses. My daughter is almost blind in one eye and has been struggling for three months to be able to see her class board at school. However, once ppl are use to getting away with slacking, or hardly working they never go back to the hard workers they were before.

I love this place. The staff are very nice and the eye exams are very thorough. I will always recommend them to people. Very nice glasses selection as well.

As usual great experience. Dr Jodi and staff are always pleasant and engaging. They explain everything they do along the way and we will continue to choose Midwest eye care for our eye care!

Dr. Kessinger is an amazing doctor! I have seen her and also taken my step daughters to her. She is always super friendly and thorough. She explains things in a way that is easy to understand and in my opinion goes above and beyond for her patients.

The level of professionalism when you call someone for an appointment should not be dry and rude. I do not have to give my business or money to this place, just take "no thank you" with grace and not be rude and hang up on past customers. Hint: there's a reason I'm a past customer.

Terrible customer service i did my eye exam 3 months ago. Never recieved a call to pick up my glasses during which time i called with no answer and left multiple messages over the three months regarding when i could pick up my glasses. They never returned a single phone call. I then recieved a letter stating that if i did not contact them with in 10 days of the date of the letter they would send my glasses back. By this time I had 4 days left i called 2 more times leaving messages with no response i stopped in to the laskey road location to be told they sent my glasses back due to me not contacting then by the due date.

Never answer their phone, I have called five times and left messages within the past two weeks and have gotten no call back, or text and I need my glasses for college. They also take years to get you to the back for your appointment. My appointment was at 9: 30am and I got in to get my eyes looked at 11am and was out by 12pm when I was finally done. I just want my glasses.

Horrible service. 11am appointment s mmkcheduled. They finally came out at 12: 25. Then I waited another 45 minutes in the exam room before the doctor finally decided to do something. I was there almost 3 hours total, for a 10 minute eye exam. Will NEVER go back. I wish I could leave a 0 star review

Terrible service
3 hrs to get a exam and pick Out glasses. Manager has zero care.
Scheduling could be respectful of patients time and not book if there isn't enough Doctors.
Everyone in the waiting room was furious my child was starving I'll never use this location again!
