I am a new patient and had an appointment end of June. They were short staffed (understandable - I mean everyone is). That resulted in them being behind 45 mins. Ordered contacts and was told 1-2 weeks. It’s been a month, no contacts. Called today. Took me three times to get a hold of anyone. Couldn’t leave a message because they either don’t have voicemail or refuse to delete their full inbox. I was actually driving over to their office since I work close by while calling the third time and was told that my contacts were never ordered even though I paid for them. Thankfully, the lady that I talked to was apologetic and really kind about their mistake. While the doctors I had were incredible friendly and helpful, it is still such a poorly run business and some the receptionists probably shouldn’t be in customer service. I’m glad they were able to fix the issue, but probably not going back there again. Not worth the hassle.
