Montgomery Inn- The Boathouse, Cincinnati OH

As always, Montgomery Inn is a great place with delicious food and a nice view. Anyone from in and out of town should give it a try - you won't be disappointed.

Only have gotten takeout from here but everything was amazing! Ribs, pie, chicken wings - definitely recommend checking out if you're nearby!

Delicious food, great staff, and nice view of the river. The ribs were so good and fell right off the bone! Hit this place up in Cincinnati if you get the chance!

Their barbecue sauce is delicious! I would recommend getting a full rack of St. Louis ribs with sauce on the side.

Always good, only thing we did not like was the bread, it was hard with no taste. Service was great.

Great food we had chicken, half of ribs and a beef brisket. We had a great waitress, Kim S. First time eating here, we will be back.

You’re going down hill ribs were warm over sauced potato was under cooked onion straws were cold. This used to be a very special place. Please give this place the attention that it used to have. Some people think this is still good but they never ate at the boat house when it was great.

Ron was THE BEST waiter! We will always come back to see him. Food was amazing. A perfect evening.

Ribs were awesome barbecue sauce always lends me in a trance because of the wonderful taste and wonderful onion straws just dont like that they tell you, you can't share your food who are they to tell me what I can do with the food I bought? And they ain't cheap either other then that this place is amazing

Seated quickly during dinner on a Friday however our seats were awful.we were placed between 2 other tables that were very close.

Food was not good. Ordered the Teds platter which come with 2 styles of ribs and the brisket. Ribs were dry, tasteless and had no smoke flavor. Brisket was dry and had a huge fat cap. Everything was overcooked. Not a true BBQ experience as everything is cooked really quickly and not enough time to render fat or get smoke flavor. Only flavor on the ribs was the BBQ sauce. And to top it all off it was way over priced for the experience.

Save your money and go somewhere else

Staple in Cincinnati. Great location and great food. You are doing a disservice to yourself if you do not get anything that involves barbecue when you go here. This is a top 3 restaurant in Cincinnati with a lot of cool history.

Great place to eat. Not an empty table anywhere, and on a Tuesday evening. I had the grilled yellow fish and my wife had the pulled pork, both were delicious. I drove 1 1/2 hours one way, and will do it again.

The service last night (especially from our server, Ron) was phenomenal! The views were amazing & the food (brisket, ribs & smoked chicken) were delicious! For a side, I liked the sweet potato over their chips

This place is no joke when it comes to pig meat. Probably the best in the city. You have to try the Chipotle BBQ sauce. Surprisingly good and not too spicy

Ribs were ok. Blackened fish was a little dry. Ted's Ale was nice but not exceptional. Waiter was kind of stuffy. Maybe we were underdressed but it was vacation. Probably wouldn't go back.

Quality has really gone down hill here.kind of sucks, but my last few trips I could have got better ribs at a Roadhouse.

Must have every time we go to Cinci! I had the smoked chicken and my husband the ribs. They were both top notch. And the chip with warmed bbq sauce appetizer is amazing!

The brisket was dry and overcooked. I was not a fan of the brussel sprouts or the spice in the sweet potatoes but the onion straws were really good.
