Motel 6 Troy, OH

I came Monday 4th december 5pm.it was nice stay for me. The front desk lady was so nice to me and helped me.

To be clear the 5 stars is for meeting my expectations of being a good place to lay my head at night. Clean room every day, comfortable bed, reasonably quiet, feel safe area and convenient access to the area.
This is a comfortable no frills motel at a reasonable price making it a bargain in my opinion.

Ewwww! Cockroaches and bedbugs! There was pubes on the toilet seat! Also there was a cigarette stain on my pillow, and the wall's paint was chipping. The breakfast was mediocre at best. And the pool water had way to much chlorine in it! I legit had to wash it out of my hair! And oh, the fitness area! It wasn't exactly bad, it just REEKED! After two nights I just went to the Holiday Inn in Tipp City, and it was lueages better.

Y'all need to close this motel down and call the exterminators in there. The bed bugs in this motel are ridiculous. The staff be looking crazy when you tell them about it.

This motel is Ok. They take the extra time to make sure there's no bugs! Has AC and Heat. Dogs are welcome too.

We were pleasantly surprised by how nice and clean the room was. We stopped at the Comfort Inn but they started at $200.00 for the night, a Wednesday night at that. We usually stay at Comfort Inn but they have priced us out as customers. The lady at the desk was super nice and overall it was a good place to stop and spend the night. If necessary we will definitely stay here again.

I work night shift and sleep during the day. So getting a room is difficult sometimes. Motel 6 said no problem, they let me check in at 9am and said it was mine until the following morning (but I checked out at 6pm).
Room was clean and tidy. Pet friendly. Nice walk-in shower.

Surprise surprise I try to stay away from Motel 6 because they are so disappointing but this one was fantastic. Everything was updated and the people that ran it were so helpful and kind. Great price too

Tried to stay by the week and they said they had nothing available even know you could clearly see in the windows there were empty rooms!

The guy at the desk was rude and impatient. The room was dirty. It was a smoking room, but because of that, the walls should be wiped down as they were streaked with nicotine. I'm a smoker but shouldn't have to stay in a dirty room because of that. The TV had something sticky all over the screen. My friend and I went to the store to buy cleaning supplies and cleaned the room ourselves and also had to buy a fan because the air conditioner wasn't working. In almost 100-degree weather! I would have gone somewhere else, but we were exhausted, and the guy acted like he was giving me the last room he had available. Once we got the fan and cleaned up the room a little, it was fine.
The location is great. Right off the highway and close to a huge Kroger and places to eat as well as a coffee shop.

I have stayed here a number of times and in the past was always happy. This time, while the room was clean and bed comfortable, the room smelled badly of cat pee and wet dog. The neighbors were up late screaming, their dog barking, and kids charging up and down the hall. Management needs to make the rounds of the building occasionally and address such issues.

The place was nasty. The beds were uncomfortable. The person at check-in was not friendly or welcoming at all.

The room was clean and stocked with fresh linen. The service was good and the price was within my budget. If ever I'm in Troy and I need a room I'll be heading to the Motel 6.

Grass needed mowed poop on the bathroom door frame and shower curtain. Sucks that the pool got filled in. No room service no hotel restaurant.
Good things next to good gas station subway hot heads Wendy’s krogers etc.

CLEAN ROOMS! Spent an hour last nite searching the area. Finnaly found this place. Thankyou thankyou thankyou! No breakfast but dog friendly

Great location.easy to get to. Price was low. Room looked like it was renovated recently but needed a good cleaning. Food splatter on wall. Dirty hand marks on doors and light switches. Looks like it was a very nice motel at one time. Now it looks like long/full time resident's and minimal upkeep

I love motel 6 and it was everything I'd expect while staying at one. It was clean, service was friendly and they left the light on for me.

I have rented rooms here quite a bit. The staff is nice. The rooms are clean. They were remodeled last year it made quite a difference. Some rooms have the bathtubs and the others have a nice tiled stand up shower in place of the tub. Please fill out the survey if you book online or the paper one in the room

Price was good, got to the room it had a dead roach on the wall and a live baby in the sink, the guy at the front desk was very rude didn’t tell me how much he was even charging on my credit card, didn’t have any heat or air conditioning in our room kept trying but wouldn’t work
