Very cold from the heater half working and a cold draft from door and window room is very nice very nice stand In shower one big problem at the front desk states no pets i have a wonderful working certified service dog with all her documentation from the Americans with disability’s and the gentleman said no pets or you have to pay a separate fee for the pet I explained to him the problem is my dog is not a pet and my dog knows when she is to be in service and by the rights of the Americans with disability act no one can refuse or deny a working service dog or ask for a fee for her to be with the handler. People need to be more educated about the difference between a pet and a working service dog.
