Tried to call-in, asking for urgent appointment.worst and rude representative over the phone.should fine person who want to work and know how to be nice.

We have been gone to this place for maintenance for years. They always caught something to fix. We have to pay extra almost every time. Person in office are nice. Service is ok. But again, they need to improve phone representative.

Finding the parts counter in this maze took a few moments, but everyone was helpful and friendly. Price was a bit steep for the single windshield wiper insert (and they didn't have the exact size), but I did drive away functional.

I absolutely love Motorcars.their service is A1.
I recommend them first for whoever is shopping for a car.

Very friendly service and usaa discount. Expect to pay $250 in a "docking free" and $200 for some real special air in your tires. Maybe you could save by asking for just regular air and no dock.

First time Car Buyer with no credit what so ever Mike and Syed Helped me The best they could And put me in a 2009 toyota with very little mileage.and a decent car note for someone with no credit history, Now i can Build my credit and drive at the same time. I want to extend a special thanks to Brad Berr for taking the time this afternoon to install a replacement part on the running board of our Highlander. The part that I ordered and was painted did not “snap in” as anticipated. Brad patiently took the time to assure that the piece fit like new. This is the attention to detail in service in Motorcars that has kept us coming back for our Toyotas since 1984.

Karen was extremely helpful and worked well with me to find something that worked within my budget. Very easy going, I felt no pressure or pushniness simply to complete a sale.

Always a pleasure going to MotorCars. I bought 2 new Priuses and a new Limited Edition Sienna from them in the past 10 years. Always impeccable service. Clean and friendly waiting lounge with complimentary coffee and daily fresh naked variety of cookies. Free desktop computers to use, tv, fireplace, couches.very inviting.
Only four stars because some of their pricing is way higher than a car parts store.but that expected from a dealer, right? !

Every time I call or go up here I always have a terrible experience. The people are always rude. Glad I purchased my vehicle from classic toyota in Mentor. It's about 25 mins away as opposed to 10 mins away, but would rather make the drive than deal with motorcars

I worked with Rob Ashurst at Motorcars Toyota. He is awesome doesn't pressure you, very helpful and found the truck that was within my budget and had everything I wanted. I had a wonderful experience in purchasing a new Tundra. Rob answered all my questions I had every step of the way. I can't say enough good things with my experience working with him, and would buy another car from Rob in a heart beat.

A great experience! I feel bad that I haven't posted a review yet. I bought a car at Motorcars Toyota from Syed Raza. I can't say enough about how he treated me and how he went out of his way to do little things I didn't even ask for, even though he was feeling under the weather. I came away feeling that I hadn't been dealing with a salesman, but with a professional who sincerely cares about you. I recommend Syed very, very highly, and I've already recommended him to friends and family!

Called Tony in Sales to see if they had the car I wanted. He got back to me within the hour with the car I wanted. I quickly submitted all of my information through email. Within a couple hours he had me at my Monthly price I wanted. This was a great experience! I had to do little to no work besides submitting a couple forms. Drove up to Cleveland to pick it up, no issues! I had 3 people at the door waiting for me. I would suggest them to anyone having a rough time getting a car elsewhere. They'll get you in what you want!
