They are normally good. Not tonight sandwich was dry had to open steak sandwich to see if it had any onions and cheese on it?

Good food. Jist a bit expensive for what it is.

Update: been eating mr hero for years and have never had a roman burger til tonight. I have no idea what the hype is about. Its the poorest excuse for a burger that ive ever seen!

It has been 4 years since I was home in Cleveland and that was the best romanburger I had. I also got the tater tots and poppers and they were good fried just right. The only problem was the drive thru girl, she wasn't with it.and had to yell for an extra bag and ketchup.

Manager is rude went at 830 said closed will not let you even order carryout at window you would think they would appreciate business since covid

I like the chicken philly sandwich they have but on my last visit i ordered 2 chicken philly combos and when i got home i found out that the put 2 extra sandwiches on my order which paid for and didn't notice because i paid with my credit card and i never was told what was my total. They should have a screen next to the menu like BK so people could see that there's no mistakes on what they order.

Great food as always and friendly staff. Right now it's drive through only if you go to the restaurant.

Our favorite place for an amazing and unique dinner whenever we visit Ann Arbor! Highly recommend cooking your steak.

The owner is extremely rude to both customers and employees. He expects you to eat coleslaw with your hands and does not stock his restaurant with condiments. Your better off driving to Kamm's to get the meal you want from friendly people.

I was very disappointed my cheese steak tasted nasty couldn't even eat it couldn't bring it back cause they was closed but will never go to this location again

Don't get the Pepsi. Its warm and watered down. Its average food at best. They didn't toast the bread enough. And most seemed undercooked.

Always try to hit up Mr Hero when I get to go back up where I grew up. The food is always so delicious but pretty pricey. You can get a combo but they add all as extras. There is a slight discount for doing so but can still cost about $30 for 2 to eat

Foods very good fresh fast service it's definitely worth two or three more dollars than other fast food places

The employees are simply amazing- they go above and beyond to satisfy their customers. I would definitely recommend this location to everyone looking for great quality food delivered exceptionally well.

The staff was incredibly rude, the food was crazy expensive and the restaurant was dirty, I wouldn't ever go here not even just to use the restroom.

Very nice place locally owned by a very nice gentleman please visit him and keep him going he serves great food

I stumbled onto this place after a house party.the food was littt. I had a Roman burger and jalapeno poppers. The burger was juicy, just how I like it. The jalapeno poppers were even better; it was like a liquid explosion of flavours in my mouth. The spice, cheese, and batter all came together in my to form a melody of flavors.

I'm not one to write reviews, but I highly highly recommend this place.

Terrible service they mess my order up each time and refuse to fix it! Bad costumer service definitely wouldn't recommend this place!

Not open until 10: 30am close at 9: 00pm.
Always just one employee there.

Too bad they do not deliver but other than that it tastes like any other traditional Mr Heros. The staff is polite and it is easy to access from the street. There is also a large menu. I would recommend it to anyone plus it is close to a lot of other store facilities and restaurants.
