Mr. Hero, Cleveland OH

Skimpy sandwiches, dirty conditions, bad atmosphere, funky smell, great service.
First I walked up to the door and it wouldn't open, I had to walk all the way around the building to enter from the drive thru side. This was quite an inconvenience.
I haven't eaten at Mr. Hero for about 13 years, and now I remember why. The local stores in this area are disgusting.
This place is gross. The counter staff is really nice and friendly.

So good! Service is fantastic.food fresh and delicious! I love that they offer samples of their side salads. My favorite of the day was the curried couscous. My moms salad was the best she'd had. Really enjoyed our lunch!

I just left there, first was told $5 7in Roman burger combo wasn't a thing and I was like ok fine paid $9 and it sucked fries aren't all the way done neither is my burger. This experience is the first time I was disappointed in Mr. Hero

The worst place i ever see bad food so dirty place its so shame on them the health department must close this place

Always stinks bad service they don't use gloves found a bed bug in my bag & had food poisoning disgusting poop was everywhere in their bath room

Worst ever! And the black girl is very disrespectful throwing the top to my drink at me.and no 1 there even apologized

It is ok if you go in to order you have to wait in till he is finished with drivethrew and if another car comes threw he will have you wait again.

Went to go in and order but the lobby was closed only drive thru open. So now have to make sure my order is correct bc now i cant watch them. Plus i never at fast food when paying by debit card been asked for tip. Really.the dining room isnt even open.

I had the longest hair in my steak sandwich, i literally chocked trying to get it out of my throat! Less than 1 star is still too much. Vomit, barf & yack!
