Absolutely horrible. Scheduled for an estimate. He arrived late and upon arrival told me that he wasn't capable of giving me an estimate unless I signed a contract. I was completely confused. So you came all this way to give me an estimate and with in one minute of you being here you tell me the only way you can give me an estimate is if I sign a contract! LOL WHAT? !

Keith and Greg were awesome. The came out a couple different times to identify my roofing issue but in the end found the problem. Had my roof issue identified, scheduled the repair within 10 minutes of the issue being found and now I’m happy to say my roof isn’t leaking. If you’re looking for hard working folk who won’t do you wrong I’d go with Mr. Roof.

This was the worst experience we have had since doing a remodel of our house the last few months. They lied to us on several things. We had some issues and when we tried to talk to our salesman cody we were told by him to stop acting like a child. I would not recommend these people to anyone. I wish we had used some totally different. We needed several other things done that they do but for sure were not going to give them any more of our money.

Mr. Roof people came out and spent plenty of time with us explaining and recommending what we needed. We ended up following their recommendations on the technical side of things. The job was done very quickly and the follow up has been thorough.

We had a great experience with Mr Roof. Ron Hubbard and the excellent team of roofers were timely, professional and courteous and extremely hard working. We had an entire roof replacement.

I was very satisfied with the work that was done by Mr Roof. When the work was complete my roof and gutters made the house look much better than before. I was not happy with the time that it took to complete the job however there customer service rep Amy did stay in touch with me to keep me updated on any changes. Thank you Amy.

Thanks Dave Taylor for the new gutters. Crew did a great job. And assured me if anything was to go wrong they'll personally fix it.

The roofing crew did an exceptional job cleaning up the site and maintained a very high degree of safety for everyone.
All of my questions were answered promptly by the office representatives.
Received calls from the office staff during and after my project completion.
I appreciate the quality of my products received. This includes gutters, downspouts, and roofing shingles.

I had the pleasure of meeting with Thomas McComas twice and really appreciate all of his honesty and fairness and he has a great sense of humor. Very nice to work with. Can't wait to get my new roof.

Early October 2017 had Mr. Roof come out and look at my roof. It had a few bad spots so went with $750.00 Roof time up. Now early March 2018 roof leaking again and wants to charge $650.00- 2,000.00. Should have fixed it right the first time.

Marc, our salesperson, came to our home and presented a thorough overview of what materials, procedures, tools, etc.were available and answered all questions with clear and understandable information. Last week, on the day of the roof installation, two men came at 7: 30 a.m. To set up and by 8 a.m. The rest of the large crew arrived. Alex was the foreman and answered all of our questions about what they would do and how it would be done. Doug, the project manager, came for awhile and supervised what was being done. The men worked all day with a short break for lunch at about 1: 00 p.m. They continued working until about 8: 45 p.m. By that time, the roof was on our house and our surroundings were completely cleaned up. I have never seen people work with such stamina. All were polite, focused on their work and seemed to work very well as a team. We were impressed. Our roof is beautiful and has been completely initiated by rain for the past two days. We had four estimates and did not go with the least expensive or the most expensive. We were most interested in the materials, metods of installation, warranty, and service. We are happy to have made the choice to hire Mr. Roof.

We just had our Roof installed this week and it is exactly what we were offered and the instillation process went smoothly, even after several months of back and forth with our Insurance company our Rep Thomas was diligent in every step of the way through the process. He was extremely attentive and delivered every ppwk, response and answers almost immediately or within less than 24 hours. I cannot rave enough about how professional and courteous the production team was once they arrived as well. Our Rep Thomas was awesome and we are very Thankful he was patient and professional working with our Insurance company. Top notch service!

Mr. Roof is top notch from the first sales person I had the pleasure of meeting to the crews (roofing and gutter/soffet) to the office people! Very professional and I couldn't be more happy with the finished product! Saves money on heating and cooling and added great curb appeal and value to our home! I would recommend Mr. Roof to all family and friends for thier next roofing job!

Extremely happy with the whole experience, start to finish. Our sales consultant, Marc Hansson, was great. Marc walked us through and was there at each phase of the project. We went through insurance and he was there with the auditor and walked the roof. The price was reasonable, but it was the customer service and warranty that sold us.

We are in need of a new roof and Thomas came to our home and gave a thorough presentation of all the services Mr. Roof has to offer. He was professional, and answered all of our questions. We signed the contract, and will have our new roof installed soon. Karen

Horrible experience, be prepared for broken promises, multiple cancellations/no shows, call-offs and excuses. This is our experience with Mr. Roof over a 2 month period! Roof over garage still leaking and has not been repaired.

Two stars only because they did a satisfactory job - once they finally did the job. No part of dealing with this company was easy, and their negligence and lack of effort led to further damage to my house. They accepted payment to fix a leak in my roof, then we didn't hear from them for over a month. We were getting new water stains on our living room ceiling every time it rained, and even then it took weeks of me calling almost every day to finally get the job completed. Nobody called back when they said they would or showed up when they said they would. Their customer service was terrible to the point where they should have been embarrassed, but nobody I spoke with even seemed to care. I guess since they got paid in advance, we were at the bottom of their priorities.
