Noah's Ark Animal Clinic of Colerain reviews
26Great vets office.they are busy but they seem to care. I have the dogs doing their and if you have a puppy, save $$$ by purchasing a wellness plan. They are incredible.
They have a handle on the Covid 19 restrictions, and were still accommodating of my requests. Just plan that you'll wait 5 hours or so after you make the appointment, so go about your day waiting for the text that you are third in line.
My friend had a an appointment set for her hamster all day and waited for almost 2hrs just to be told that the exotic doctor was not in and they said they had tried to call her and even left a message but she had her phone on her all day they haven't tried at all I've been with her all day never recommend this place
Great communication and professional experience is much appreciated. Noahs Ark has earned my trust
The wait time! I sat in the parking lot 3 hours after I was ready, then I guess it was still 4 people in front of me lol. They said they were short a Doctor, but jeez what’s going on? This has been an all day thing.
Horrible customer service, staff and especially the exotic animal vet Dr rick very rude. I was told I could drop off my baby bearded dragon that hadn't eaten for 7 days without a problem and to just be sure to bring everything it needs to keep it warm. I get there and I hear the vet yelling that he is not a babysitter! Very rude, no one could tell me who I spoke with that told me it was not a problem, which is bad communication. I was told to go sit in my car. I wasted an hr of my time, and still have a sick reptile. Poor business
I've been sending Doberman's here for a few tears now, I dropped 2 off for ear cropping on 08/23/18 & on 09/03/18 one of them died from parvo, then another one of my puppies that I didn't have ears cropped caught parvo, & these dogs have been nowhere outside of my home and Noah's Ark and they told me that they don't feel they should be liable in this. I won't ever use them again. Looking for new vet for ear cropping
They said my dog is aggressive and tried to bite the lady. Well I was standing right there and he did no such thing. My dog is not aggressive, and if she was intimidated by his size then she should of said that. Do not lie on a dog, who does that. I will never go back or recommend this place.
One the nurse that work there claimed my dog a boxer try to bite her and I'm standing right there.um no then they tried to give him a muzzle so I walked out my dog wont even hurt a fly I got 4 kids! Dont give them your money!
Dog had allergic reaction. I used the waitlist client and was called as Soon as I arrived. They watched her for free while I went to the office for a couple of hours.
I have been going here for years. Fantastic staff and great pricing. I have had to say goodbye to two of my babies and the staff helped me thru the process. The memorial they sent touch my heart and made me feel less alone.
Love them.
It’s a great place to take your pets. They try to make it as everything as accurate and as inexpensive as possible. The staff are friendly and caring.
DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMALS HERE! Our dog had to stay over night for a surgery. Since being home he has been skiddish and afraid of us! These people do not care about your animals! This dogs eyes are bloodshot red and toes are swollen and red from where they cut his nails without asking us!
I've been taking my animals here for almost 35 years. I've always felt they got quality care for a reasonable price, and the staff is always nice. Sometimes the wait can be long, but that is ok because it's hard to make appointments for pets sometimes and I just go on the spur of the moment when I know they need medicine or a checkup. I recommend this place.
I couldn’t be more grateful for the staff and veterinarians at this location. When I brought my beloved, sick cat in I was frantic and beyond scared but I was met immediately with the calming, caring, and quick working individuals at the front desk. They showed me compassion and their kind demeanors put me at ease. They didn’t hesitate to get him back right away, and when he started having trouble breathing they jumped to getting him in the oxygen tank. They gave me a room to sit in for privacy and quickly did all they could. After doing X-rays I learned the hardest truth I’ve ever had to swallow, that the only real way to end my baby’s suffering was euthanasia. (He was severely ill and basically would just have ended up suffering more and passing on his own eventually) The doctor told me this with tears in her eyes and even though I instantly went into hysterics and could barely stand or speak, she was SO kind and patient with me. They didn’t rush anything even though it was almost time for to close and they allowed me to hold my baby in privacy as the process played out. They let me stay with him for as long as I wanted to and assured me that I was no bother to them. It was the worst night of my life but I couldn’t have asked for more patient, kindhearted people to have had to go through it with. I HIGHLY recommend Noah’s Ark animal clinic in Colerain.
I called ahead of time to ask about the services the clinic offered because I live about 30-35 minutes from the location. All the staff were friendly. My dog and I will return for any future visits and my bill wasn't outrageous.
I'm never going back here again. I took my dog in to get looked at for an ear infection and the vet only came in once and they didnt really answer any of our questions and seemed like they didnt know what they were talking about. The people that came in at the end to give us our medications didnt know what was wrong with my dog and what each medication did.
I believe that you veterinarians and administrative folks at Noah's Ark are good people and really care about your clients' time. I don't mind the wait time and hopefully others will try and understand how many things at the vet's and at people's office visits can and most often do go awry. People need to understand this and think about how fortunate we all are to have Noah's Ark looking after our pets! I know I am!
We had both of our male cat's fixed there and they both almost died. One ended with a blood infection and the other whom was the most loving cat is now scared of people. Absolutely the worst "care" our final cost was 100 more then promised. If you love your animal RUN YOUR ANIMAL COULD DIE! Go to the animal place in Fairfield and save your pets!
This place is excellent! I have a dog that I was gifted with. I came to Ohio to visit my family because my Sister in law was sick. I am from Oregon. In order for me to fly him, there were transportation rules. I brought him here and all their staff were so friendly and so helpful! I'm so thankful my dog was able to be seen that day.shots were needed and nails clipped. A check up by the Vet all for 59$. This place is a 10+!
