Sam Alhout is one person I highly prefer! Made me feel at ease with my experience and is very helpful.

Incredibly upset. After pulling my credit I was told the car had several gouges in the paint. Then after receiving rates and payments, I am told that the carfax shows a significant accident that caused structural damage. I have never seen a more unprofessional person. We dealt with Ian and he was just out to get a sale. Not interested in actually helping a customer honestly.

Al at north coast auto in Brookpark was my representative an he was awesome. He made sure everything was taking care of while I was there. I will have more to come about how my car run an later down the line while working with them.

Please save your money and go elsewhere. Had my car for only 2 months and the engine was making a knocking noise. They fixed it, buy now my car guzzles gas. It takes $400 a month to put gas in my car and they are now refusing to fix it. And to top it all off, the battery in the car is now no good. RUN FAR AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!

My Daughter bought a car from them about 2 years ago, went to trade it in yesterday and found out it has a salvage title that was not disclosed to her or the bank and she can't trade it in. I believe the owners has to know that there was no clean title. I'm now in the process of trying to get it fixed and contacting the Attorney general's office and the BBB to file a report. Do your own research first don't trust what is told to you.
