Horrible horrible experience I was sold a lemon I feel I was tooken advantage of because I'm a woman I knew I should have took a man with me 3mos with a car transmission blew smh. Still waiting on them to get back to me. I was told I was a silver member but I don't know what that includes I'm scared of the out come and the person who sold me the car Leroy was no help at all. The car is at Bedford nca shop their staff I can say are very friendly and patient I don't have my paper work on me so I don't know what the silver plan includes and how much I will have to pay and how long they will even have my car. Really bad customer service and price on the website is not real. My husband talked to one of the customer representative about one car and they told us that the price is 10 thousand and informed us about the accident it had.we wasted our time and gas literally because when we arrived at the place, a young customer representative talked to my husband and told him that the car is almost 20 thousand! Yes, they double the price! I don't suggest this place to go to make a deal for a car!

My boyfriend went in looking for a vehicle we traveled from strongsville to North Coast Auto Mall on the bus our sales man Sam Alhout was very kind and did the most he could do to have us leave there with a vehicle. With my boyfriends doubt and me trying to be optimistic for him Sam came through with a list of vehicles we qualified for let us test drive the ones we wanted and before you know it we chose one, signed the papers, and we were on the road! I am very pleased with the service Sam provided and the car we received!

I needed a car ASAP! And I didn’t have much of a down payment, but Shane Gareau at the Cleveland location on Brookpark worked SOOOO hard to get me approved for a car! He actually got me the car I wanted! I’m so excited. You guys should definitely ask for him if you’re looking for a sales rep to buy a car from.

Salesmen appear to be polite to customers, however, they clearly appeal to a more financially unstable clientele. The cars have a number of minor issues that would have been fixed at other dealerships. Not a horrible choice, but not the best either.
