The experience was great. I always wait till The last minute to take my vehicles in and they always get me in and out that day. I just had an alignment done and it’s 5 out of 5 my truck hasn’t handled this good in years. I won’t go anywhere else Thanks Steve, Pat and everyone else.

The utmost professionals. Kind and happy when they greet you and ready to help. Came in today without an appointment, concerned about tire pressure I kept getting a warning about. They took my van back right away and fixed the tire that apparently had a nail in it.at NO charge! I was blown away. Such a nice gesture! I am 9 months pregnant and due any day and was so worried about the tire. They made my day! Thank you.

If there is ever a time that I come back in and need a splashield replacement, DO NOT put a piece of the broken hard plastic splashield in my trunk laying directly one of my subwoofer cones. You guys scratched the protective coating, and if my subwoofer had blown out because the lack of consideration of one of your mechanics you would surely be eating the 300 dollars it costs to replace one of those subs. Be more aware next time and have some consideration when you see anyone that has expensive audio equipment when you're putting things in someones trunk. There is a reason there is nothing in the trunk but the subwoofer box!

I took in 2 Tractor tires that held air and had them mount 2 new tires and added 2 new tubes for the tires.one is fine the other they had to patch the new tube.now it needs fixed again.i haven't even used the tractor since i bought the the new tires.i guess i should have waited til i had a problem with the old tires before putting new tires on it.

Sent in my partner to get a price on some routine work and a quote for some extra things preventative as we were shopping around. Well after going in some other day myself this time asking for the same services but from a different guy as it turned out, I sought to price things out again in trying to come up with a similar quote as before told my partner, however the whole price came up totally different. After some careful diologue about it, things seemed so shady I thought not even bothering bringing up anything prior to that about it. My partner and I had our pricings and such from not only this place but all the other shops we had visited too and this one was definitely crossed out on our list. Intentionally misleading or not the whole deal seemed shady no doubt. Shame on you guys. Don't even bother responding back with your ubiquitous misundersting or miscommunication excuses. We made no mistake. Shame, shame on you guys.

Was told waiting time was a little over an hour. Less than 10 minutes later the gentleman at the counter called me up to mention the work is done. Very polite and great service. What's not to love?

My father, Mel, got us hooked on North Gateway Tire for EVERYTHING and now we can't imagine ever going anywhere else. I have always had a great experience at North Gateway. They never try to upsell. Service is quick and friendly. I'm there often due to equipment/machine wear and tear. Many shredded/popped tires fixed quick here.

They always take excellent care of me and even on short notice! (cause I'm a woman who doesn't plan very well ;) )

I had a problem with my oil light coming on, so I took my car up here hoping to figure out the problem. I waited over an hour and a half for them to tell me that I need a new car. They said it was spewing oil.that was just power steering fluid from my leaky pump. You'd think they'd know the difference. My oil problem was just the pressure sensor. I ended up taking my car to Vista Tire for a second opinion, and they had it fixed in less than 2 hours. I will not reccomend north gateway.

Great business! Honest and friendly- they greet and recognize all members of our family. They have been helping all of our family cars running their best for years. Amazing perk that they store winter tires on off season too! 10/10 recommend.

You can always count on a job don't right and trust that they will never sell you more than you need.

Very friendly service and great prices! It will be the only place i go even if i have to drive an hour away!

These guys rock. I have never had a poor experience here. They've been taking care of my entire family (dad, mom, brothers, sisters, close friends) for going on a decade now. Bought a set of Yokohama Geolandar A/Ts last year for my Pathfinder per their suggestion, couldn't be happier with them. Went off-roading and my brother's lifted Jeep got swamped while my stock Nissan laughed at it and played rescue. The blizzards we had this winter were shrugged off as trivial. Rain isn't even an issue. Can't stress enough how much these guys know their trade and run a solid operation. I go out of my way to recommend them whenever the topic of tires come up in conversation.

I've dealt with Gateway Tire twice now, and both times it's be a great experience! Mark and the gang over there are an awesome bunch.
Friendly, courteous, and are willing to drive you to your destination within a reasonable distance. They explain all the work they've done in detail, and only fix what's needed, not try to up sell you in any way. Plus they gave me a $50.00 coupon to apply to the bill. If they can save you a buck or two they will and back their work 100%! Thank's Gateway! I like you all, but I hope I don't have to see you anytime soon if you get my drift! LOL

The most expensive place to buy tires in Medina, I found them for less EVERYWHERE. They quoted almost $800 for a set of original replacement tires for my 2017 Impala, found them for $580 OTD with road force balance at Parrish Tire. The counter person didn't listen to a word I said, tried to talk me into something else. Definitely go here if YOU WANT TO SPEND MORE, A LOT MORE.

Honestly, I'm lucky myself and others didn't die from their mistake.

A few years ago, I took my truck in for new brake pads and rotors.ended up leaving with a leak in my brake line since they failed to seal it properly before sending me off.

After picking my truck up, I hit 71-S to head to Columbus for the start of Spring semester at OSU. I noticed I had to push the brakes a lot further down to decelerate, but as a naive 19 year old kid with little mechanical experience, assumed this was normal following brake service. The next evening when I jumped in my truck to run errands, I lost almost all ability to brake while driving through campus (due to the loss of brake fluid) and was lucky pedestrians weren't around.

I'm blessed to have worked with the campus maintenance department, where one of my co-workers was able to bleed air out of the line and repair for me, free of charge. Saying that, there is 0% chance I would ever return to North Gateway after this experience.

When they were contacted about this issue, they suggested driving it back up to Medina so they could address it.because that makes total sense. This kind of mistake should never happen and could have been fatal.

First snow of the season, so they were super busy. They were able to mount new tires for our tractor in 10 minutes and at a great price as well. It was worth the drive from Richfield. Thank you North Gateway Tire.
