NGT's team has provided me with very good service for over 15 years. You can depend NGT to make reasonable recommendations, and to make it right if there is a problem.
Absolute best experience I could ask for! My tire went flat and I had a really busy day of work. I took my car to North Gate Way during my lunch and didn't have much time. They were able to repair my tire and since they couldn't get it done during my lunch they actually drove me back to work and picked me up! The staff was helpful and it was inexpensive! I will definitely be going back.
Advertised a wheel alignment online and with a coupon for $49. Sent my son to get an alignment and was charged $69. Went back the next day to inquire. "No coupon no discount". I used to buy all my tires there!
Always a pleasant experience. I've brought my truck there and once my wife's van. They never try and sell you things you don't need, they price match, they're friendly, and they treat every customer great; even if the job is small. I've had so many bad experiences with almost every place in Medina County, I refuse to take my vehicles any where else besides North Gateway now.
