28I took my 2016 Ford Escape in for transmission issues. Turns out the transmission needed to be completely replaced. I hadn't even had the car for a year! Luckily I had the extended warranty coverage and everything was taken care of down to the penny and all I had to pay was my deductible. I love this dealership. Everyone I met was friendly and fun and had a good sense of humor. The only drawback I had with my experience was that I felt that the communication wasn't really there like I would have wanted it to be. My car was with Northgate Ford for almost a month! I missed my car so much, but Randy and Steve and the girls up front were amazing. They even did my oil change (which I was due for) and replaced a tire that had a hole in it. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks everyone at Northgate Ford!

Had routine "The Works" oil change, tire rotation, and multi[point inspection. They were on-time with appointment and was able to wait for a short time as they did the work.

I went with my sister to look at a Ford Fusion. We had Andre as our salesperson. What a nice fine gentleman. He was very helpful in accessing the loan to begin with. He made sure she was comfortable with the car before they made a deal. He did everything he could to get the terms she could afford, and did. Everything went just as my sister had hoped. If I was to buy a new car, I would deffinently go to Northgate Ford and have Mr Andre as my salesperson.

I specifically asked 2 separate salesmen to walk around a car looking for dings before I drove 2 hours to buy a car. They say its clean, no dings. Get here, looks horrible. Giant waste of time. DISHONEST!

It was great working with Tom Schnur! He was very friendly and went out of his way to make our experience great. He was very patience as we originally thought we would probably buy a used vehicle, but didn't know exactly what we wanted. Tom walked us through the process, let us test drive multiple vehicles and we ultimately decided on a brand new F-150.
TLDR: Good so far, always seem to be treated fairly. Purchase and serviced vehicles from here.
Look, buying a car and getting it serviced can be stressful. And usually as a customer you end up feeling like you were somehow taken for a ride. So far with this dealership I have had no complaints, except maybe how busy the service dept is. They are good folks.
They didn't rotate my tires. I had appointment at 11: 00 I didn't get out of there until 2: 00. One lady came in the same time I did. It is now that the Sale Advicer that I had didn't come back to let me know what was going on.

Only reason for 1 star is because 0 wasent offered! Drove over 2 hrs with bank check to pick up an explorer sport that we were told by 2 different sales people 0 dents, well looks like a baseball smashed it on both sides! Then the next one they offered was online 1000 more well they said its 2000 more and wont work with us at all, so back in the car and headed 2 hrs home
Not very pleased just got an oil change and tire rotation and found they scratched 2 of my rims. I tried calling there service dept but no one ever picks up.
I had a great experience. Ed, the salesman who assisted me was able to get me into the car I wanted. I came in with a Pre-Approved letter from a financing company but Ed was able to get me a better rate from a different bank. I truly appreciated his help. Ashely, in financing was very nice and explained all the terms and conditions to me. I will definitely refer friends and family to this dealership.
