Northgate Ford, Cincinnati OH

My hubby was working on a Ford brakes and needed a bolt to hold the roter in place, they didn't have it. They also said we didn't need it.but he use one of the old bolt and it made it easier to assemble. Thanks

Yesterday I took my Ford Focus in for my oil change. Blaker Chapman was my service advisor. He was very nice & I had no problems. Nice waiting area also.

Overall friendly customer service.a little disappointed that the service I requested when I scheduled my appointment was not booked properly which will require me making a second trip. Waiting area is very pleasant with fast wifi, popcorn and coffee. My oil change was done in a decent amount of time.

I had to have my outside antenna replaced on my 2016 Fiesta after a malfunction of my garage door broke it off. I was given a ride home because of time needed for the repair and, of course, picked up when the repair was done. My Service Advisor, Josh Houston, was very kind and considerate, and treated me as a valued customer. I have always been very satisfied in the service and treatment at Northgate Ford. The Fiesta is my 5th Ford and I will continue being a loyal customer at this dealership.

I walked out of several Ford dealers in search of a Mustang for seldom reasons. But Northgate Ford was the one that made the sale. Why? Excellent service, respectful salesmen, straightforward finances, pressure-free buying environment. John and Vance- you guys were awesome!
