You won't find a better eye doctor than Dr. Sherman. He's kind, knowledgeable, efficient, I NEVER have to wait. The entire staff is friendly and makes you feel like family. They actually helped me find something cheaper that what I was going to spend. I love that I'm in and out. Honestly, I can't say enough good things about this office! ️️️

Love Dr. Pirman and the staff at Novus Clinic.
Friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Dr. Pirman is like a friend. Always takes time to see how I am not just my eyes.
I, also, felt very safe with the covid protocols in place. I have multiple medical issues and I would have not gone in if I didnt feel i was safe.

My daughter and I went there to get her eyes checked and everyone there was kind, VERY patient and were very understanding. The doctors are very encouraging and explanatory. I very much recommend this place.

It's been a hassle. I had to come in and try the trial pair on before I could order my contacts, never had to do that before at any other eye doctor's office. Then when I called to order the contacts, it was a hassle because no one ever answers the phone at their contact lense center. I finally order my contacts and was told they'd include the rebate info with the package. Got the contacts and my receipt and no rebate information. Now I have to play the phone game once again.

Best eye clinic I’ve been to. Really one of the best medical facilities I’ve been to and I work at one. Dr. Sherman and the rest of the staff were helpful, knowledgeable, and personable. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

My son and I both needed glasses, staff was amazing and the turn around time was quick! They also took the time to tell my what was and was not covered by my insurance. Very honest and professional! We will be back!

We do like the customer service here. However, i have been burned multiple times by the hours listed. Please note, the hours listed are not the labs hours. If you need to have glasses replaced, picked up, adjusted, etc.make sure you call first.

After 3 different visits cataract surgery was recommended. They wanted to schedule it in mid January 2020 which was not acceptable. The loss of vision already affected my ability to drive and performance at work. They tend prolonng the procedure by repeatedly doing exams and appointments far apart. Will not recommend them to anyone. Waste of time and loss of work.

Requires a 15 dollar payment for them to give you your PD, even after an eye exam. I've never been to any optometrist that does this, and had to call a prior-visited office to get my PD.
Not only this, it's actually questionably illegal to charge for it, as the FTC requires all practicing optometrists/eye doctors to give the patient their prescription after an eye exam, and Ohio law under 4725.40H defines prescription as
"Prescription" means the written or verbal directions or instructions as specified by a physician or optometrist licensed by any state for preparing an optical aid for a patient.and optical aid as
A "Optical aid" means both of the following:

1 Spectacles or other instruments or devices that are not contact lenses, if the spectacles or other instruments or devices may aid or correct human vision and have been prescribed by a physician or optometrist licensed by any state;

2 Contact lenses, regardless of whether they address visual function, if they are designed to fit over the cornea of the eye or are otherwise designed for use in or on the eye or orbit.

By these definitions, PD is required for optical aid, and thus included in required prescription.

Disappointed with this, but I did think the doctor I saw was kind.

I love this place normally. But not today. I brought my husband in for post-op surgery. The appointment was at 930am. It is now 11: 09am. The place was packed when we got here. It’s almost like they scheduled everyone at the same time. It is absolutely ridiculous. It’s one thing to have to wait to see a doctor but not like this. There needs to be some transparency in telling patients that they will be waiting for their appointment for over two hours along with the others who were scheduled at the same time. In my case, I have work meetings that I must be at but I also cannot leave my husband here. Make this better! I am very unhappy!

I am very annoyed Novus Clinic. My eye appointment with the eye doctor went fine and my original picking of the glases went fine but this is the second time in 2 weeks you have not had my glasses. I came in last week to pick them up after the traditional 2 week wait and your attendant had ordered them incorrectly so intead of the brown transition glasses they had brown sunglasses. You gave me a 10$ gift card and said you would fix it. Okay I will give you a pass because errors happen. I assumed the fix would be expediated because there was an error and I stated my perscription had changed significantly and I needed them. I got a text and email this morning my glasses were ready. One week seemed good for an expediated order although sooner would have been better and I went to pick them up. Both trips I have made with my newborn daughter and 2 year old son so not an easy trip to get out of the house but necessary. Thankfully I didn't arrange for childcare because I arrived and you told me they were not in. I showed you the message and your attendant said the person had not diapebsed the glasses from last week and so therefore I was getting messages about then and that the glasses would not be in until next week. Again another 10$ gas card for the trip but this is unacceptable it should not take a month to get a pair of glasses and why wouldnt your manager have expedited them last time at your error. I find your customer service in the glasses department extremely poor. You offered to cancel the order so I could hassle with insurance to have them re ordered elsewhere. Why should I have to do more work and calls to get them corrected it was your error?

The medical side of movie clinic is great! Friendly, thorough, consistent. The glasses side leaves something to be desired, but their glasses seem to be quality, and if the glasses need to be sent out to be made, the turn around time is fairly fast.

I had two laser treatments done on my face. The first tx.cost $250 and the second one was supposed to cost 50% of that, or $125. When they scheduled the second appt.they said it would be $175. I called twice to question the cost before I returned. Dr. Beyers agreed to the price, but during the procedure, he told a nurse about my questioning the bill. In return, I was given a scar (hole) on my face that I will be wearing forever. There wasn't a mark there at all before.

The doctor was fantastic. An the doctor is the only reason I'd like to go back and continue to go. Very professional, explained everything clearly. Genuinely seemed to care and be concerned. The staff however. I did not find them to be helpful. I accidentally dropped a new contact, it ended up on the floor. Said they don't carry more than just one. So I was told I should probably rinse it off. Well I doused it in solution, and put it in. So we'll see how that goes.

The doctors and medical staff are great. The optical/eyeglass side- not so much. So far, I've been over charged for my glasses, which i wouldnt have known if i hadnt been ordering glasses for my daughter, phone call not returned about a small other issue with my glasses, told my daughters glasses wouldn't be in for another week, but was called the next day to be informed that they we're in and i could pick them up during regular business hours, but wasn't told what those hours were, drive all the way there to find out that they close at two on Wednesday.

If you have an appointment get ready to wait 2 hours for them to see you. They don't seem to care about your schedule only theirs. Not the first time it happened either, just about every time. Wife has had complications with one eye for about 2 years now.

I came to Novus a few years back and had to come back 5 times to get my prescription correct. It was only after I asked to go back to my old ones that they got it right, should have went somewhere else but decided to give them another shot and today I was in my way there and called to let them know i would be there right at my appointment when Amanda told me o we are closing early today. Probably something you should have told your patient. NOVUS has lost a customer for life and anyone else I can stop from putting up with this piss and poor service
