22Bought frames and lenses from the Tallmadge location and purchased the “free lense replacement within a year” warranty. The same day I picked them up, I noticed a huge scratch in one of the lenses so I took them back and they replaced the lense. Fast forward 8 months, I go to get my lenses replaced with the warranty and come to find out, they used my warranty to replace the scratched lense from the first day and did not tell me. A new set of lenses is $150. Absolutely outrageous. Do not buy the warranties, they are absolute frauds!
I scheduled a consultation for Lasik. When I scheduled the visit I confirmed the consultation was free. After I was determined not to be a candidate for the procedure I received a bill for $101.00. When I called the Accounting Dept.said "you didn't purchase a procedure, so this is the fee". Save your money go somewhere else!
