Ohio State Waterproofing

When we bought our house in 2003 we got notification in the mail that Ohio State Waterproofing had installed our water proofing system and we could transfer the existing warranty to us. I'm very glad we did. Over the years we've had a few instances where our pump went out (after 20+ years in service) or our system had issues with sediment getting into it. Ohio State has been great to work with to get these issue fixed even on our aging system.

Work was done on time and results have been satisfactory. OSW was not the cheapest option in waterproofing but the warranty and the length of time in the business were the deciding factors in the end.

Our basement was starting to flood after a hard rain so we had Ohio State waterproofing come in and take care of it. In 1997, they did the outside and the inside, sub-pump and filled the cracks in a couple of the walls. The workers were very professional and they did a great job of cleaning up. In 2014 we had some bowing on one of the walls so we had them install sheets of stable-wall to stop it. Three years later and the walls have not moved. We chose Ohio State because of their warranty and it can transfer when we sell our house. The few times that we had to call them, they addressed our concerns right away. I also recommended them to my daughter a couple months ago.

We had our basement waterproofed in June of 2002. The warranty is well worth the yearly payment that Ohio State charges. Any time there has been an issue with our property they come out very shortly after we call. They assess the problem and have a crew come out within a couple of days to repair the situation. I have been well taken care of.

Ohio State waterproofing is top notch. They have been to my home several times and are always prompt and courteous, they do excellent work! I would highly recommend them for all your waterproofing needs.

I purchased an older property and although well maintained I was concerned about condensation found in the basement and the exterior barrier wall. I reached out to OSW and experienced an overall satisfactory experience. They ended up excavating 2 sides of my property in less than desirable weather conditions. Upon completion we did a walk through where I was able to inspect the work and ask any questions re: future issues/scenarios. Well, weeks later I realized that the downspouts either were not attached or had managed to sink into the ground as the gravel/dirt settled. I called OSW again, and they were more than willing to come out and fix/repair the issue. A week or so later the issue was resolved. I think anyone who does business with this company will be pleased with their professional and prompt service.
