If you are in pain do not let them know right away, if possible, as they will assume you are drug seeking and turn you away with no care. At best they will refer you somewhere else. They were very polite about not believing me.

I do not recommend going here for CoVid-19 testing. I went to get tested after symptoms had set in, and all of my roommates tested positive for CoVid-19. The process was arduous, but that was expected.

However, the next day I got a call with a negative test result. Frankly, I have not felt this sick in my life. I immediately went out and got another test, which came back positive. After inquiring about why the first test came back negative, I realized how incorrectly it was administered. Multiple doctors I talked to said the mouth swab should be kept in for 10-15 seconds and get deep into the naval cavity on both sides. During my test, the swab could not have been in for more than 1 second, did not go deep, and was far less invasive than a strep test.

I do not hold anything against the rest of the clinic, I’m writing this to advise against CoVid testing at this location. False-Negatives are the quickest way to lead to people thinking they are okay and spreading this to others who are at risk. I understand that is part of any medical procedure, however, I have a harder time forgiving that result when I realized how incorrectly the test was administered.

Good hours and service for this area compared to other urgent cares in Upper Arlington and Marthamorehouse. Sometimes the wait is long both in the waiting room and then in the individual rooms as well. But with their nice staff and service it’s usually worth it.

The nurse practitioner I saw was very dismissive and rude. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Their mis diagnosis caused me a lot of unnecessary anxiety.

My wallet with all my money and mine and my son's information in it and i was only there 20 minutes and they said they couldn't do anything about it and couldn't check cameras because hippa law i have no work and now no money for food or gas or anything because someone couldn't simply take some money and turn it in

I had a great experience at OhioHealth Urgent Care. I was very sick with some sort of 24 hour stomach bug, and this staff had me diagnosed and prescribed within half an hour with some very helpful nausea medication. I am very thankful I came here and highly recommend their service.

Great staff and knowledgeable staff. Not a long wait and Dr. Maxwell was very intuitive to our needs. Thank you!

Staff is really nice but they don't seem that knowledgeable and they need to review Hippa laws.

I recently went in for a TB screening. The results of the test showed that I needed to take further steps that they couldn't perform at this location. However, they gave me very vague information as to what I needed to do next. They told me to call the health department (did not provide specifics as to which one) and after a series of phone calls I was informed that the info they gave me for my next steps was completely wrong.

The worst part of this was that they were in such a rush to clear my room, they didn't tell me anything about what my test results meant in the privacy of my room, they took me to the lobby and explained it in front of other patients. Obviously I don't care too much as I've written what I went in for in this review, but that is definitely not a lawful practice.

The screening I had was a several step process and during one of the visits, I was in a room with a cloth screen. In this area I could hear the staff discussing specifics of visits, addressing patients by first and last name. As a patient, I definitely should not be able to hear such conversations.

They really need to work on their privacy practices at this location.

They are usually pretty fast. They are very clean and thorough. Most of the staff is very friendly as well.

Looks like an urgent care but still acts like a slow ER. No privacy when giving your information and ailment information, and still they print out a whole page of hospital wristbands for you. Process is not efficient and I would hate to see how long the wait is when they get busy. This place does not compare at all to Patient First.

Money gouging patient mill. Never have I been to an urgent care, not had my issue resolved, then told I must be charged for a follow up. Holding patients financially responsible for misdiagnosis is nothing short of unethical and irresponsible.

This is more of an auto repair center than an actual health clinic. The desk attendants are disgustingly rude and uncaring, the waiting is painful. Drive a little bit more and go to the OSU hospital instead please.

Went on a Saturday night for hamstring injury. Super quick treatment. In and out. Super friendly. But no vicodin boo!

Came in around forty minutes before close. All of the staff were kind and funny, and eased the mood in an otherwise crappy situation. Got in and out within thirty minutes, and had to wait in the examination room minimally. This is the best urgent care I've been to in a long time.

The staff is nice, but they rush through your appointment. I understand that there are lots of patients, but every time I've gone it has been the same. I also was told different information than what the aftercare summary said.

Clean and quick urgent care. All of the staff was polite and helpful. I would highly recommend going here. I went on a Sunday at 9: 45am, very little wait time.

Lisa was especially unpleasant, unhelpful, and downright rude. Thank goodness the other attendant was there to help. Lisa said "nothing can be done", then Toni came out and made it happen. Screw you, Lisa. And your makeup sucks, too.

Excellent Urgent Care. Went in for some stitches and was in and out in 45 minutes. The receptionist was friendly and informative. Nurse Monica and Dr. Caton were extremely friendly, efficient, and fun to chat with. All around a great experience (considering the circumstances). I'd go back in a heartbeat.

Unpredictable wait times make this location incredibly frustrating. Some day I've walked right in, others I've waited an hour and a half by myself in the waiting room to be seen. I would suggest looking elsewhere for your urgent care needs.

Gives me stitches on the bottom of my foot, tells me to walk on it but to not put any pressure on it.because thats possible? No pain meds. No crutches or boot. Zero help.
