If there was a way to give negative stars I would. They were extremely rude to my fiancé and I. He is sick and we were not sure what it was and they wanted to treat him like it was not a big deal. They didn't want to give me an excuse for work because "he's an adult and take care of himself". In the state he was in, no he was not able to. In the end they gave him Tylenol like we couldn't get it ourselves. Let me just say, he's a mans man and he was laying on me in the waiting area. If you want to be treated with CARE, go somewhere else. They make you feel like a burden for being alive.

Worst urgent care I’ve ever been to. Front desk was so rude. Annoying to deal with when you’re sick

I have no clue where all of these positive comments are coming from. I went in there after recovering from the flu to get a check up and to get cleared to go back to the work. Lady was rude, never going back.

DO NOT GO HERE! I sent my husband here a few days before! He was prescribed medicine and seemed to get a little better within a few days. (from a severe sinus infection). Then I got it a few days later and went in with the exact same symptoms. I waited for them to open at 9 am and they didn't open on time: (Unfortunately, I walked away with NO medicine and was told to simply take over the counter medicines such as flonase and claritin. Guess what? I didn't get better and ended up going to an ER two days later. STAY AWAY and save your money and time!

I have never been so blatantly disrespected in my entire life then my experience by the Urgent Care facilities receptionist, Nickolette. Working not only in the health care setting but also as an OhioHealth employee, I expected to be treated and talked to as my feelings and concerns are validated. Upon arriving, the receptionist made it very clear that there was a two (2) hour wait time to be seen, and that she suggested waiting in my car to not forfeit my place in line. After waiting in the parking lot for the two indicated hours without a phone call, I decided to contact the front desk asking where I was in line. My initial call lasted 25 minutes, where I was waiting for someone, literally anyone, to answer the phone after the answering tone indicating there were no callers in front of me. I then proceeded to walk inside to ask if I could process my payment before being seen. Nickolette then proceeded to inform me that I had "lost my spot" in line after she called (verbally) my name in the waiting room. I could not name a single facility whose only mean of conversation, to an empty waiting-room, is saying their name aloud. In addition, the standard COVID19 protocol for ANY appointment is to wait in your car until told to come in. Upon asking for reasoning, she proceeded to shrug her shoulders, in a verbatim response "I don’t know how I could have made it any clearer for you. " This type of behavior is nauseating and degrading. People come here to seek medical help, not to deal with an unpleasant employee. This is not the OhioHealth standard and I sincerely apologize to anyone who has to deal with this behavior at this facility.

I wish I can send this review with no stars at all. I visited them today with my son who is complaining from watery red itchy eyes, that what I know as an Economist (I am not musical doctor) and a father.
I arrived there at 8.30 pm. I checked in to see the doctor for my son complain. Guess what: the doctor saw us immediately, which is good, but she said your son has a seasonal allergies and all what he needs an over counter medicin! I said I worried a lot about him, because I heard from my American friend something bad called a pinky eye, he has a blurry vision and he scratchs his eyes too much. She said there is nothing to worry about! I asked her if he can go to school tomorrow, I know it up to me as a father not her, because I do not any kid at school get infected. She said he can go to school because the case is not contiguous. I said ok we will leave. She told me to wait to receive some papers from the nurse. I took the papers and left to home. At home, I found a doctor note and AVT" after visit summar. " In the doctor not she wrote" He did not need to miss school for medical reasons today, OK to return to school tomorrow"! I was surprised because I do not ask her for a doctor note at first for today as well as it is not her business if my son went to school or not!
This act as she does not respect my son and me. My son told me " Dad I am not a liar I am really sick"! I hope OhioHealth watches their employee behavior and they have to follow their Cardinal Values and Pledge. I will file an official complain tomorrow and I will never leave this things to end up in trash.
Thanks for you valuable time for reading this review and I hope you can advise me by any legal action I should do.

This place is a total joke and I am not sure how they stay open! I explained to you that our dr told us to come in when my husband broke out in hives again so they could be looked at to figure out what was going on, well you have to actually touch and take the time and look at someone to do what our dr asked. This lady totally dismissed it and gave us the line, he is is allergic to something, are you sure you have no allergies? We explained the whole family when to the allergy dr because some of us have them and he was not even allergic to dust mite. She gave us a referral to allergy drs. Again she must not have been listening when I said we go to one, and if that is what our dr want he was quite capable of doing the same thing over the phone. What a wast of time and money!

Not sure if I'd return or not.maybe in a dire emergency. I went with a severe URI and sinus infection, waited an hour before even being called back. Waited another 45 minutes once in the room for the PA, Karen to come in. She told me I didn't have either DX and just had a common cold because my symptoms hadn't been around at least 7 days, yet wrote a RX for ATB and signed my D/C paperwork with DX of sinusitis and URI? !?

I have frequented this location, including before it was Ohio Health, for over 15 years. Before and after Ohio Health took over it is the same. Almost always highly satisfied 100%. It's a "palace of great care" compared to WestStar, where i accompanied my daughter and had the worst-ever-care-in-my-life experience with a maniac of a female doctor. Polaris Urgent Care is fast and efficient good care. Highly recommend. I am a very experienced nurse. They pass my high standards.

Came in at about 1hr before closing. Despite only having one practitioner on hand, staff was very fast and courteous to my issue. Was in and out within 45 minutes with my prescription! I would highly recommend this Urgent Care!

Let me be honest, I am not someone who visits hospitals often. And I observed a slight pain in my chest and had to visit Urgent care, this reviews literally scared me and my wife knows all the excuses I made to avoid going to this urgent cares. But honestly after visiting the facility I realized, I made a right decision. The front desk, nurse, X-Ray specialist and the physician all were very polite and caring. The entire process was so quick and smooth, Hope OhioHealth continues their service like this.

I had a great experience at this urgent care today. All of the health care professionals I encountered were polite, helpful and obviously cared about my health. I believe the woman who took my X-rays was named Michelle. Michelle was the sweetest and really made me feel comfortable. I would absolutely come here again and recommend this location to friends and family.

I showed up at 8: 00 PM on a Friday night and was in and and out in 60 minutes. Very fast service. The staff was very friendly and was concerned with my problem. I live in downtown Columbus. And drove up to Ohio Health based on the reviews. I'm soo glad that I did. 5 star service all the way.

This location is great! It was a quick visit but Mr. Hollingsworth (PA-C) took the time to explain everything to me. All the staff was very polite and helpful. No one likes to go to urgent care but when you walk into this place with professional staff and a great overall vibe it feels so much better. Thanks guys!

1st of the year, the place was busy. Nice front desk and medical staff. They were seeing patients back to back. I was ecpecting to be there for at least 2 hours, I was out in one. Came back to this facility because others were closed (I had a very poor experience years ago) glad I gave them another chance.

Amazing staff! It was 7: 30 Sunday evening and I needed to get some meds for a bad cold/sinus I had for over a week and getting worse. Needed to get it taken care of before I went to work. Was very happy with each member of the staff especially with the P. A, Bryan Hollingsworth.
