Olive Garden Italian Restaurant, Sandusky OH

Very good food and a great waitress. We did have to wait quite a while, for our server, once we were seated, and this was after waiting for about 30 mins, to even get our table. That was disappointing. They do need to add gluten free spaghetti to the menu, since they only have rotini style in gluten free, at this location.

Kimberly N and TJ are phenomenal at their job! We had a wonderful time, the food was very good and their service was great!

Bad service. Sat here for 15 minutes for the waiter to take out drink order. Put in our appitzer order it has been over 25 mins for that. Got a salad for 2 and it will only feed 1 wosrt service ever never coming back.

They were quite busy when we were there so we ate at the bar. The bartenders took care of us. There were two of them. They did a very good job with our food order and making sure we were taken care of. Very nice. We noticed they were doing the same for others but weren't getting tipped. We made sure they got tipped. Food was good. Our bill was $48. We gave them $65. You do the math.

Service was horrible never going back. Waited 15 minutes to be greated and get drinks and put in an appetizer over half hour ago and even told waitress and still havent gotten it and even got our salad already.

Over cooked egg plant parmesan screw up order over charged one soup and salad very embarrassing. I took company from Germany there sucked

Really enjoyed our dinner here! Great service and food. The only low point was the women's restroom.

Absolutely a disaster! Got our appetizer before drinks, salad comes and still no drinks, 3 drinks come no straws.we hunt down someone to get straws. 20 mins later still no 4th drink! Eventually food comes minus 1 meal, everyone is done except that fourth meal.talked to manager and he took some action!

Friendly staff. Love the salad and bread sticks and the chicken parmesan is two big pieces of deliciousness.

I am not a big Olive Garden fan, but service and food quality were too notch! They are usually very busy but seem to be able to handle keeping up so that customer service does not suffer. They also stay on top of keeping thing clean.

Fantastic service and food, prices are average for a nice restaurant, it took a long time for our food to come after ordering.

About the same as any other Olive Garden. Staff is nice, food is great, and there were no problems with orders.

Just a terrible experience from start to finish. Every guest was saying the same thing as we walked out. Use to be a great place to eat. I don't think I will be giving them anymore of my money.

We waited over 1.5 hours until we finally told waitress we weren’t waiting on our food any longer and to cancel our order. It was a Monday night and were told a large party came in. However we feel they shouldn’t have sat any more tables if the kitchen couldn’t keep up!

Cons: The food was so bland! Our breadsticks were as hard as a rock. Calamari was tasteless. The chicken was too dry. Took 50 minutes to get our meal. That’s unacceptable given the quality of the food was sub-par! If I don’t go back to Olive Garden in three years, I won’t miss it.

I love Olive Garden! The bread sticks are wonderful! I really like the Chicken Giardino! The manager was nice and talked to the young people at my table.
