Friendly and helpful but I'm not sure they're the most competent.
Despite multiple assurances, the used vehicle wasn't ready to go at a prescheduled test drive. Because I do foolish things, I agreed to buy it anyway, paying more for them to repair a very obvious engine noise and a diagnosis and estimate on a second issue. They must have misdiagnosed the noise, as they did $2000 worth of work but the noise is still very clearly there. And I never got any paperwork on the diagnosis on the second issue.
Also because I am foolish, I paid and took delivery without re-driving it to confirm it was fixed. I am too far away from Pallotta and am generally non-confrontational so will just consider this a $4000 life lesson on my part. You win some you lose some with a used car. The promised "detailing" also didn't even include a thorough vacuum, but that's no big deal.
Communication was very fast and friendly however. I don't feel like they were trying to be deceptive but maybe I'm too naive. I might consider them for a new car, but would not use the service department, nor negotiate repairs into a purchase.
I was not planning on saying anything but received an email asking for a review. So here it is.

Placed a order for a 2020 F150 build in mid july with Justin a salesman at the dealer. I was told when placing the build and making a deposit that I had got the build in before the deadline. I was never told it was 50/50 or would not happen. After waiting for about a month I called the dealer to see if my vehicle had been given a VIN yet, which was not explained to me by this dealer but another. It hadn't been assigned yet according to Justin. The following monday I get a a call by Justin saying my build couldn't be completed, upon asking why Justin had no answers or explantions. He stated " that me having a loan on the table for the build that was now cancelled has nothing to do with his dealer". He offered me a similiar truck that was located, after reviewing the truck over the phone, I waited for him to call by that friday, if still available. Come friday I had to call Justin and he couldn't remember the truck or what options were missing, no initiative was taking by him or the staff to fix or keep my business upon not being able to deliver the build I put together. Also I checked with other dealers in northern Ohio that have placed builds after mine, mid up to end of july, all were assigned Vins within a week. I would not recommend at all this dealer or Justin and they directly lost a sale because of their inaction.

Great place to go for repairs. Very friendly, wash my car after every service. Chris is the greatest in service

Palotta Ford always treats me as if I am the best customer. I have dealt with multiple people on the phone and everyone of them puts customer service at the highest level.

Sales lady Jennifer Torrence helped me buy a used LIncoln, she was a great help and knows what she is talking about. I would recommend her to see if your looking for a new or used car. Evan after the sale she helped me learn about my Lincoln.

My problem was on my 1994 F150. The problem was addressed and what is recommended. Was done in a timely fashion and to my satisfaction, will take it back to have it repaired after parts are in. Was very satisfied with the results.

My first communication via email for an inventory inquiry did not go as well so I was not a happy camper. After my email response, I received a call from Tim who is their sales manager and he apologized for the miscommunication with one of their customer care representative. Tim was very helpful which I really appreciate. Because Tim went above and beyond to reach out to me, I’m now a happy camper and would definitely consider purchasing a new vehicle from them.

I had some work done on my 12 F150 at Pallotta Ford, great customer service. They gave me a loaner vehicle until my truck was done and kept me updated throughout the service.

I purchased my used vehicle about a month ago. Jordan Jackson in service was very helpful and respectful and seemed to remember who I was. Even if he didn't, since he sees a lot more customers than a salesman. It made me feel good. I appreciated it.
The point I was trying to make here is that the SERVICE guy greeted me. Not my Salesman!

I've had my new car for almost two weeks now and I am absolutely loving it. The process of getting this car was so fast and easy (only took about four hours total). The service at the dealership was friendly and very helpful. Sara was the salesperson for me and she did a wonderful job. I had an overall great experience and will let others know to check Pallotta out for a new or used vehicle. I will definitely choose Pallotta for my next car.

My experience was very straight forward and positive. They were able to get me the vehicle that I wanted at the price I wanted and delivered to me. Jeff Jones, Damon Hitchcock along with the rest of the office staff were great. This was my first remote buying experience, I live in CA. I custom ordered a 2018 f150 Raptor Super Crew in Leadfoot Grey. Love it! Thanks guys.

Jordan is a very sexist person. He obviously feels that females are not smart enough for him to deal with. He will refer to females as "chicks" and totally disregard what you need. Horrible. I will never go there.

I purchased my Explorer at Pallotta Ford and they provide my scheduled maintenance as needed. The service staff is professional and accommodating. At my last service appointment they gave me a ride to a business meeting allowing me to make the most of my time. I really appreciate the complimentary car wash when I have service work done at this dealership. I would highly recommend this company.

Had my 2016 F150 in for a recall on the doors. This was scheduled a week in advance and was supposed to take 4 hours. Turns out they didn’t have the parts for the recall and never bothered to call to reschedule. So I took my truck in that day and I had to call them to see if it was done and I was told that it wouldn’t be done until the next day. Never heard anything from them so I had to call them again to see what was going on. I was told that they were still waiting on the part and that they would keep me updated and even drop the truck off at my house when it was done. I dropped my truck off in a Wednesday and never heard another word from them until I showed up at the service center on the following Tuesday for them to tell me it just got done. Truth be told I’m not sure if they even finished the job because me brakes were stuck as if it had been sitting awhile. Not to mention my door panel was gouged and their was grease left all over the windows and doors. Your sales department is great but I will never bring anything back there for service. Terrible experience and zero communication at all.
