Pallotta Ford Lincoln reviews
31Visited many ford dealerships & honestly every one was a pleasant, helpful experience.was especially happy to get a little more unique ford fusion than those that i was shown previously.lots of extras on the vehicle, great pre-certification warranties, and found a car that was special! Thank you jordan & everyone at pallotta ford in wooster.p. S.i never bought a car before & i'll be 60 in October, although i'll deny it! Excellent experience all-around! I thank you!
I would give ZERO STARS if that was an option. I have never been treated with such disrespect as by JORDAN at Pallotta Ford. I will never take another vehicle to Pallotta for anything. I was treated as an inconvenience and was never called with updates. Every time I would call for updates (3 business days) - Jordan acted as though I was disrupting his day. No sense of urgency. I have owned Fords for 14 years and dealt with Ford dealerships all over the country and I have never been treated like this. This service department would give Ford a horrible name if someone hadn't had different experiences elsewhere. This is unacceptable. I hope this review stops other women from having service done here and being treated like a piece of dirt by JORDAN.
I am going to tell you my experience in this place. In December I had the opportunity to buy a car in this place a "Toyota Camry 2014 sport". The person who assisted me was Nathen a very kind young man and always very attentive to all my questions. I bought my car and with a guarantee that my entire car covered that warranty I bought it from "ANDY". As soon as I leave with my car from the place I realize that the radio did not want to connect to my iphone.
I communicate quickly with Nathan the very worried young man sends me to a toyota dealer here in Cleveland Ohio and he tells me "that they are going to cover all the expenses that my car takes" I approach the dealer and they tell me that they can not do anything because my car no longer has factory warranty that I have to take my car to the ford because of them is the guarantee. I take my car to the Ford here in Cleveland on January 9 2016 very friendly guys.the person who looks after me tells me that they can not do anything because my car is a toyota and they are Ford. I started sending text messages to Nathan and he did not answer me I took the trouble to call Pallota Ford and ask to speak with Nathan he was not at that moment but Patrik returned the call very kindly told me to take the car to Pallora Ford that they helped me fix the car that was on January 11, I took my car and Damon was in charge of checking my car and giving a diagnosis that my radio was damaged and needed to order some parts, he sent me to Cleveland and he told me that He will order them to call me when he has them. They spent a month and a half and never received the call they wrote to Nathan and he never answered it was as if they were hiding. I call Patrik in February he tells me to get off again with my car, thinking that they already had the parts when I arrived at the dealer "SURPRISE", the pieces were not there and I had to leave my car in the hands of Amanda, thinking that my car was going to be ready in One week she sends me home in a ford FIesta. A week went by, two weeks up to three weeks and there was always a new story in the fourth week i went to the dealer because I could not continue with such a small car and paying for a car that I was not using. When I arrive at the Delaer I find the surprise that my car was still not ready and who had my car was the Toyota in Wooster. I asked to speak with Amanda but she now works in the office and she has no control of services and parts now who is in charge is a girl named Jen.
Now comes the most interesting part. This young girl moved sky sea and land so that I had my car back. The day I went down to the dealer she heard how annoyed and frustrated I was, she had the kindness to give me a bigger car a Ford Fusion "a beautiful and comfortable car" I bothered Jen EVERY DAY I called two and sometimes three times a day because Toyota gave us false hopes. Today, Wednesday, March 28, I have my car, THANKS TO JEN.if something I learned from this lesson is that in the end it is always the best person. I DO NOT HAVE WORDS TO TELL YOU THE THANKS I AM. THANK YOU JEN
I just had my car serviced there this afternoon, and I was impressed by the technician's knowledge. They thoroughly explained to me what maintenance was needed before doing anything to it (thank you). It did not take very long; honestly, I enjoyed their clean facility, large screen TV and a delicious expresso while I waited. I had a pleasant experience. Everywhere I went in the building someone offered to help me. I highly recommend this place.
Pallotta Ford has always taken good care of my wife and I. We really appreciate the hard work they do from sales to service. Thanks
Pricey like most dealerships but their dedicated they do their job as soon as they can get to you it's a crowded place
Pallotta Ford great place Sales guys are great and service is excellent.
Appointments are easy to make for Pm service and if there are any problems the service guys will call you and keep you updated. They have taken care of my vehicles for years would not go any where else.
My car was in the body shop for repairs as a result of a collision. My repairs were paid for by the other parties insurance. The staff were professional and it was done quickly and done right.
I've mostly have had a terrible experience. I've been waiting to review in case my first couple experiences were isolated and my experience improved. My only great experience has been with the Body Shop Manager Dave Watson. My overall bad experience at this dealership has been with Salesperson Heath Orr and Sales Manager Nick Cristino.
I purchased a pre-owned vehicle in the beginning of September. When I got into my new vehicle to leave my gas indicator read 23 miles to empty. When I notified the salesperson I was informed that they don't provide any gas with a purchase ($25k) but since I was driving to Cleveland he would throw in $20. - lucky me.
When I got home I noticed the passenger side exterior molding was coming off. I called the salesperson and was told to bring it in and they will take care of it for me since I was unable to simply "pop" it back in place myself. The reason the molding coming off was because the clips were broken. There was miss communication between the salesperson and the body shop because I had to go back to the dealership two more times because they didn't have the clips in stock. On my third trip they did provide me with $20 in gas.
My other experience was in cancelling my GAP insurance I purchased through the dealership. I've followed the cancelling procedure as outlined in the contract and cancelled within the 30 day period for a full refund... Finally 92 days later, after many calls to the sales manager and the GAP insurance company, the GAP insurance company informed me that they have received the cancellation request from the dealership... 92 DAYS LATER! This is a reflection of the dealership and NOT the GAP insurance company who have been extremely helpful and actually also followed up with the dealership regarding my cancellation request.
Quickly acknowledged when arrived and handled accurately and promptly from there, great service and treatment to myself and truck
