Panda Express, South Euclid OH

Did online pickup 6/23/21 and the food was not ready 15 minutes after ordering, however they told me they were making it fresh and the manager Jasmine offered me a drink while I waited, which is the right thing to do. A few minutes later my order was ready and correct.

Order steak and shrimp paid extra in a bigger plate and they gave me only two small shrimp, call to correct the issue and Ashley the supervisor or manager was so rude to me she hang up on me, very unprofessional. I believe if she was the owner of this business she will release that customer especially repeated customer like me is a good currency to any business

Locked their doors at 8 even though they close at 9. Unlocked the door for one of their friends to come in and order. Was not interested in dine in, just wanted food before our uber arrived.

Great food, great prices, and the workers have a very positive attitude, keep up the great work. I will buy more food from there.

Wait for food to long. Did not like the way food was handled. Did not like the service just had an bad day

I’ve never had Panda before. It was really, really good. Super fast service. Ordered, and had my food through drive through in like 4 minutes. Definitely going back. Really good stuff!

Good service and the food is okay. Would be better if they had more vegetarian options beyond Fried Rice and Chow Mein.

It was my first time visiting with my girl who loves it. My rice was under cooked, it was almost as if they threw it in after it was already cooking.

$8 for rice and I guess a little bit of something else. Wow.
Also the person didn't ask if I wanted steamed rice and then seemed annoyed when I asked for it.

Best Chinese food in the area and the manager is very welcoming. I find myself eating here a lot because the food is always fresh and delicious. The Kung Pao chicken is perfectly spicy and the noodles are alwasy delicious. A+

I liked their sesame chicken but everytime I go back, they dont have it anymore. Good place if you want a hot meal in a hurry.

Love the food and price. This store just never starts my online order until I arrive at pick up time.

Place was great when it first opened. It has since been very inconsistent with the food options. They always seem to be out of what I want. Lady at the counter was also a little rude and didn't seem to want to be there.

Everyone always raves about PE so I gave it a try. I can now check it off my list. I’ve gone twice and have been underwhelmed both times. The fried rice is ok but basic. The noodles leave something to be desired. I tried the spicy chicken with the pineapples. It was good, but nothing special. I understand it’s a chain and not authentic Chinese food, but for the price I’d rather catch a lunch special at one of the local Chinese restaurants.

What a horrible place, waited 15 minutes with only one person taking orders just to find out they ran out of half of their dishes. Do not go there its a waste of time.

Consistent quality, large portions, reasonable prices. And it is a nicely appointed building as well

The crew was disorganized, food was over cooked, fried rice was as dry as any desert with no flavor. Crab Ragoon had no flavor & was over cooked. There are much better Chinese Restaurants around then this one.

Disappointing, cook was having a bad day. The rice was dry and the vegetables were not seasoned or cooked. I am not a rabbit so do not serve raw cabbage.

They seem to give you less food than what you use to get. There prices are a bit high for the small portions as well. The noodles can be cooked a little longer, there always stiff and noodles are not supposed to be stiff and undercooked.

I didn't realize we had a Panda in town! I moved to Cleveland from Tucson about 7 months ago now, and I was so happy to find my orange chicken fix! Friendly crew, excellent quality food. Will definitely come back more often then I care to admit.
