Panda Express, South Euclid OH

I placed my order at 5: 45 in the afternoon, nearly four hours before closing time. I wanted to order mushroom chicken, but was informed that they were out of it for the rest of the day. This is not the first time that something like this has happened to me when placing an order here.

It seems that every time I go there they are out of something from the menu, and to be honest, I am tired of the disappointment. If it is on the menu, then you should make sure you have enough of it to last the entire day, especially if you see that you are constantly running out of it. What's worse is that the food that they don't run out of isn't even that good!

One of the grossest things I have witnessed while there was the employees not wearing gloves while touching all of the food. You can't tell me that you wash your hands enough when you are handling money and food at the same time.

To top it all off, I wasn't even given any soy sauce for my rice! I more than likely will not be back to this location unless something drastic changes, but based on all of the fast food restaurants in the area I don't see that as being very likely.

I went to Panda Express to get some Chinese food I thought the prices were a little high until I got my food in realize my plate was big enough for 2 people I could not eat it all it was also extremely good I will return for the money the price was right the food was great the people were very friendly although it was a little bit cold in the restaurant other than that it was a very nice place and I recommend you give it a shot if you like Chinese food you'll love this place

The food is good, if they’re not out of what you want. I can also take you 45 minutes to get through the line and because of the way the drive thru lane is set up only the last person in the lane can leave. It’s like they know they’ll take forever to give you second rate Chinese food. When you get home there is also a decent chance that you didn’t get what you ordered.

Food was very dry seemed old rice was hard eggs in my rice dry. Panda Express is usually good I don’t know what happened but they lost me as a customer today.

All meat is frozen. Low quality and small portions. Overpriced. What more is there to say about Panda? Oh yeah, cedar point's location barely passes their food inspections.

Service was okay & pretty friendly, except them not asking if we wanted any teriyaki sauce. The food was very dry especially the chicken, but overall not too bad for panda express.

I went to the store at 10: 50 when the sign says it open at 10: 30 the door it was still people just showing up too. Overall bad experience and this is not the first bad experience at this location

This was my 3rd time and last time. Employees do not even know the menu. I asked for an a la carte option and the were confused on what I wanted. Wayyyyy to much sauce on entrees and slow service. Employees always next door smoking instead of taking care of customers. I wonder what the owners would say?

Waited in the drive through for 10 minutes, my order was never even placed despite there being no one else in line.

The team was really friendly the food was fresh and best of all I washed her hands repeatedly lovely lovely. It was clean the people were clean I can't tell you how happy that makes me.

The meat was great but the noodles and rice are garbage plus the cashier was pretty rude for no reason
